  I got to meet Baymax and Hiro! Sanfransokyo connects right to the pier, where you can hear the Incredicoaster! They also had one of the best cold brew stands over here!

  Beautiful park and place, no selfie sticks allowed in park, and no signs for water refills, you can bring your personal bottle or can but i don’t find and water refill stations

  nice room great housekeeping thats all the good!!!!!!!! no room service or access to food after 1030pm elevators absolute shit slowest anywhere!!!! guy working front door with a blue paw on his hand makes a person with a handicap & cart park all the way on other side of hotel when the cart was being picked up in 5 min!!!!!! manager on duty was clueless and rude NEVER STAY AGAIN AT THAT PROPERTY have magic key and passes for over 20yrs .

  The hotel is quiet and perfectly located and staff is wonderful and friendly. The only thing that's difficult are the elevators. If people push buttons to many times, it jams them up. They already take awhile. You have to be patient with them. Once you get the hang of it, they work fine. This is why I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, it's perfect. We've stayed at all the Disney hotels and this is our favorite.
