  Would say our 5th time here now and for us it’s always the best experience. Always a great time staying here! Best bang for your bucks for the stay especially if you’re going to the park. The gym needs a little more work but if you plan your workouts accordingly, you can work around it! Will be back!

  Great Value for Families, But Needs Better Housekeeping & Parking Management I recently stayed at Hotel LuLu with my family for 5 nights. Overall, we were happy with our stay considering the price, but I want to offer some constructive feedback regarding their daily logistics. First, regarding housekeeping: The hotel requires guests to explicitly request stay-over service, which I did. We left our room every morning by 8:00 AM. Traveling with young children, we planned to return mid-day for a vital nap and recharge. Unfortunately, every single day we returned, our room either hadn’t been touched or was actively being cleaned. This left a tired family waiting around to rest. I noticed housekeeping actively prioritizing empty checkout rooms instead. Since check-in isn't until 4:00 PM, it would make much more sense to prioritize active, occupied rooms first so families can utilize their space mid-day. The cleaning itself was great once done, but the timing forced us to stop requesting service altogether. Second, the parking situation needs attention. We paid the daily hotel parking fee because we had our car. One day, we took a day trip to the beach. When we returned with exhausted, hungry kids, the parking lot was completely full due to a trade show event. It was incredibly frustrating to pay for parking only to have no spots available, especially as out-of-town guests who don't know the area. We had to drive around for a long time until we luckily caught someone leaving. The hotel has great potential and good value, but management really needs to prioritize the convenience of their current, paying guests over empty rooms and outside event parking.

  If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel near Disneyland, this is definitely a good option! We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful everyone was. Every employee we interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was welcoming and nice. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and after spending all day walking around Disneyland, it was nice to have a place to come back to and relax without spending a fortune. Obviously, don’t expect a five-star luxury hotel at this price point. The rooms are a little dated and could definitely use some updating, but everything was clean and functional, which is what matters most to me when I’m mainly using the hotel as a place to sleep after being at the parks all day. The air conditioning worked, but it did make my throat feel pretty dry and irritated when I woke up in the morning. That may just be personal preference, but it’s something worth mentioning. I also wish they would update the TVs. Having Netflix or other streaming services available would be a nice little upgrade, especially after a long day at the parks when you just want to relax in bed and watch something. One thing to be aware of is that housekeeping is by request, so your room isn’t automatically cleaned every day. Once we knew that, it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s something I wish I had known beforehand. Overall, for the price, I think this is a really solid choice for a Disneyland trip. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and it gives you a comfortable place to come back to after spending the entire day at the parks. If you’re looking for luxury, this probably isn’t the place, but if you want something affordable, clean, and convenient, I would definitely consider staying here again! ❤️🏰✨

  After my kids found a fully loaded gun magazine left behind in the room safe, this will be our second and last time staying here. The first time was great, However, hotel lulu must have gone through a management change and it’s for the worst. Staff this time around was super unpleasant seemed very unhappy. Any hotel this close to Disneyland should be a representation of the entire Disney experience. Came here with my wife and two boys to celebrate my son’s birthday and I wish i would’ve chose a different hotel. As for the gun magazine, I wrapped it up in the room clothing bag and handed it to the “manager”. Didn’t really get much from him other than a “I will be talking to housekeeping”. I really don’t think he understood the severity of the situation and I really wanted to approach this matter differently but I cared too much about my kids overall experience. Step it up Hotel lulu.

  Out of all the hotels I stayed at in the U.S., this one easily had the rudest and most unfriendly staff. Especially the male employee at the front desk — judging by his expression and attitude, I genuinely wondered if he had just gotten into a fight with someone lol. He looked absolutely miserable to be at work and made sure the guests could feel it too. If working here makes you that unhappy, maybe customer service just isn’t for you. Poor guy~ 미국에서 간 모든 호텔중에 제일 직원들 다 무례하고 불친절함 특히 동양인 카운터 남자 누구랑 싸운줄ㅋㅋ 일하기 엄청 싫어보임 불쌍~
