Nice room. Tha front desk staff was friendly. The location is great for walking to Disneyland. If you want a shuttle you can book the HMR shuttle that stops at the Sheraton across Harbor.

Second time staying here. Love the location. Easily walkable to Disneyland and conveniently near a CVS and Walgreens. Booked the park view room and had an excellent view of the evening fireworks from Disneyland.

We came back after staying last year and we were very disappointed. The hot water ran out early morning and never came back while we were there on our first day. Had to shower with freezing cold water after waiting 2 hours for it to come back and running out of time. When we returned to the hotel, I asked at the main lobby if the water issue was fixed and the receptionist just answered yes and to let it run for a few minutes but she never offered an apology for the inconvenience or offered some type of compensation. I had to mention that if any type of discount would be made to the affected rooms and she seemed very annoyed by the question. She just rolled her eyes and asked for the room number which I did not have on me and instead of helping me out by asking info to locate my room number she just started talking to her coworker (a guy who hasn't helpful either). Once I found my room key she just sayed the only thing she could do was give me a discount on the parking fare, which was very minimal. Once she said that, she just said it was updated and offered no apology or even a thank you. I left very annoyed and unhappy. I understand that mechanical issues arise but the issue was the lack of interest from the main lobby workers. The next morning when I checked out a new worker was at the reception desk and she was very kind and helpful. So not all the workers are as disrespectful as the girl who was in charge that night. Also there were a few stains on the carpet and the curtains.

The location being walking distance to Disneyland is a major selling point. The front desk were beyond friendly and greeted us every time we past. They were also able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. I was told I would get a text when our room was ready but at a quarter past 4 I just went to the front desk and asked if it was ready and it was. I wouldn't wait on that text if you're at the 4 pm check-in time. I was grateful for a clean non-motel style room that was affordable. The rooms themselves have seen some wear, but were decently clean. I did have an issue where our AC unit was not on and had no power when we entered, I was able to get it to turn on after wiggling the cord but this was inconvenient as I sleep better when its cool. Speaking of sleep better, I was awaken by an in-unit alarm clock that someone other than me set for 5:40AM. I was able to disable it for the rest of my stay but I would have liked if housekeeping did a check before finishing a room. Housekeeping is also only there upon request, which I didn't mind but you might want to consider that when booking. The last real complaint was on my last day I took a shower with ZERO hot water. It didn't seem to be an issue the other days so I'm not sure what was different on the last one. I can handle a cold shower and luckily my wife showered before bed and had enough hot water. That did lose a star in the rating for me though. Overall not bad for the price, but not the best either.

    - The location is great- easy access to Toy Story shuttles to Disney and nearby lots of restaurants and stores. - The parking with tax is $40 a night extra, for the open-air parking lot behind building. Ins and outs are easy. - The pool is (lightly) heated. NO hot tub. Open till 10pm. - There is a pool bar. - Lobby is overly bright and oddly decorated. Many chairs have stains on them. I felt uncomfortable sitting there for 10 minutes. - Staff did not offer me the “free drink at check in” as seen on socials. — BE PREPARED to pay a “refundable” $150 deposit per room. Why??? In case you want to steal one of these lamps, I guess. (Or so I was told.) - There’s a restaurant menu which can be delivered to room or pool - NO Gluten Free options. - — — THE ROOMS - I booked two and they kindly gave us adjoining rooms. We are in the south tower, which seems to be the older and sadder option. (Although I wasn’t offered a choice) One elevator has been broken the whole stay and the cleanliness seems more ignored in common areas over here. My room did not get maid service today, don’t know why. I’ve been watching a sticky spill outside the only working elevator for hours today- no staff has cleaned it up yet. ——— THE BEDS are NOT comfortable. They feel fine when you first lay down but are bouncy and firm. I woke up with bad hip and lower back pain, which is the one place my back doesn’t usually hurt, sadly. —- the Room feels like the inside of a 1960’s public pool locker room. I think it’s what they were going for..? The wallpaper is beige and looks like tiles. There is carpet which doesn’t seem very dirty but still gives ew vibes. — one outlet and lamp are fully broken. — the alarm clock is the wrong time and glued to the nightstand, so can’t change it to the right time. The ceiling is cracked and looks like there was a leak. - AC works fine but noisily. The curtains are dated and don’t offer complete blackout. But decent. - Each room has a tiny fridge and microwave, which is nice, and a tea kettle. ***Bring your own water*** - - the TV is bigger than average but they use Direct TV oddly, so you can’t use your apps and are stuck touching a remote that many before you have also used. :-( —- The room’s doors are heavy and slam very hard and loudly, but it is still pretty quiet inside the rooms, as a plus. —- the ceiling in this room is cracked and looks bad. It just feels like a motel room for hotel pricing. — I WON’T BE BACK— it gets 3 stars for location. There are many other choices with similar price point in area - don’t buy the TikTok hype.
