I have stayed at this hotel before. It is definitely worth the price. I am going to be a little critical, with this review. My first stay was an 8 out of 10 stars. I rarely rate a 10, so 9 is my high, meaning 8 is a great experience. That being said, my stay this time was a 6 star for the following reasons. 1. All of the trash cans were full, during check in time. Most people are driving with family and probably want to empty trash from trip. The cans were ALL full and we're before check in time. See picture. Not that big of an issue. 2. The badge carts were all over the hotel and none were in the main lobby. Lazy guests probably didnt return them to the lobby, but the hotel staff that were walking around the hotel did not return them either. 3. The elevator was extremely slow. I ended up walking up the steps multiple times because of the wait. And I mean extremely slow for a building with only 4 floors. I only write about this for older guests or families with disabled people. 4. This was the most bothersome for me. While I liked that the hotel was secure and you needed a key card to enter, my card did not work. There were many of us that had the same issue and we were all taking turns trying to get in. We all had to get new cards issued. Again, I mentioned this because of elderly and disabled guests, but after walking around Disneyland all day, the last thing you want to do is have to go get a new card at midnight.
These few items I am sure will be corrected and I will stay here again for my next Disneyland visit.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of Disneyland, but our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived.
At check-in, another guest was already complaining that their room had no running water and that the elevator wasn’t working. Looking back, that should have been our sign to leave.
After checking in, we unloaded all of our luggage only to find that our room was filthy. Throughout the hotel there were signs saying, “Pardon the Pixie Dust,” but this wasn’t “pixie dust” it was dust, dirt and neglect. The room was extremely dusty, visibly dirty, and the floors had clearly not been vacuumed. To make matters worse, our room didn’t even have a functioning safety lock, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our almost one-year-old child.
We had driven over six hours for our family’s first Disneyland trip. When we brought our concerns to the hotel staff, they were not accommodating at all. There was no apology, no offer to move us to another room, and no attempt to make the situation right.
Instead, we had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. We unloaded everything from our car only to pack it all back up and leave. Thankfully, we found a much cleaner hotel, and it completely changed our trip for the better.
To make matters even worse, the hotel refused to issue any refund, despite us leaving because of the unacceptable condition of the room and the lack of basic safety and cleanliness. We paid for a room we couldn’t comfortably or safely stay in.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful, especially after such a long drive with a young child. Cleanliness, basic room security, and customer service should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in all three. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
It says pardon our mess for construction but there was just bad paint jobs everywhere hallways smelt horrible , tape keeping things up on walls and carpet that’s stained and lifting up everywhere with no construction workers seen. We came back from the parks after midnight to our room key not working after fixing that, finding they collected our towels without replacing them, beds not made and our trash cans still full. Then we realized they turned off the AC to our room. I went down and informed the front desk about the issues with them saying they’d escalate to management and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Came back from the parks the next night to literally the same issues. Keys not working, towels missing and no trash collected. If you’d love to have all this happen every night book this hotel for sure. So disappointed with the hotel. If you’re looking for a location that’s about a 19 minute walk to the parks this is it.
The little petite tiny guy with the little ponytail that claims to be a manager is so disrespectful and rude highly do not recommend our card for room was not working and he would not fix it he said figure it out I already reset it but it wasn’t working still and he had no solutions for that but to say figure it out. He also could not comprehend that 15 and 17 were different numbers to two different rooms I wrote them down I showed him the numbers nothing was working just don’t stay here if you don’t want to deal with that save yourself. Aside for all this we also informed him of my babies medication that he needs to take everyday and we asked him if he can go up there to open the door since we already went up and down the elevated 5 times for him to reset the card but he really didn’t do anything. But once he called security she was the sweetest and offered to go open it herself and he said no I’ll come with you I guess she made him feel safe idk but why do all that just do it right the first time mind you I’m 8 months pregnant carrying my 2 year old sleeping it’s midnight and he would not go up there to open the door what could I have possibly done so he waited to mess with me for a good two hours pretending to reset my cards but then goes once the women security came he wanted to tag along so sad that we have people working here like him he was even yelling the whole time at me throwing his hands up like I was another man. Is that the type of people holiday inn want to work here sad just sad do better I have never experienced this before horrible

When i was first trying to check in, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to let me know that the system was down. However, i saw over the desk that they had alot of card information and ID information written down on the desk for everyone to see.
Alot of people can take a picture of the papers with the information. I then told the lady “If someone takes money out of my bank account, are you guys responsible for it?” The lady then said “Yes”.
The middle eastern guy who worked there at the front desk RUDELY stepped into the conversation with the lady and I when I was trying to check in. He said “If you’re not comfortable with us writing down your card info and ID manually, you can leave.” His actions and words towards me was very hostile as if he was working in a convient store or gas station.”
I then stepped out of the property with my WRITTEN card info and ID information.
The next day I called the GM and left a voicemail, he or she never called back to fix the problem.
I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. If their was an option too. I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars instead of 1.
