I am only giving this hotel a 2 star review because the staff/location were ok.
Now for the actual, HONEST review:
For starters we asked for an extra blanket multiple nights, multiple times, at different times of day, and we NEVER got one! My kids are kids and it's easier for them to each have their own. The AC was kicking though so we stayed cool.
The toilet was super loud when you flushed it and the light for the bathroom was on the outside of the door. Speaking of the bathroom there may have been black mold behind the peeling wallpaper.
One keycard would work and the other wouldn't, no matter how many times we had them fix them.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel was close to the park so even though they didn't offer a shuttle, the walk wasn't bad.
Warning this is LA so parking isn't free, you pay by the night, and it's not cheap.
Breakfast also isn't free, but coffee is so that's cool at least, and it wasn't bad. It's not Starbucks but it does the trick.
I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I usually book Holiday Inn because I rarely have a bad experience at an IHG hotel but this one is an exception.
2 stars and like I said that is being generous.

We had an amazing three-day stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Disneyland’s downtown area. The hotel was affordable, clean, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were checked and cleaned daily, and towels were neatly placed on the racks.
The staff was friendly, especially the front desk worker named Marisol. She was incredibly sweet, personable, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She even accommodated our group by arranging for us to be next to each other in the hotel.

When we checked it, we were told that a room was ready but that we would have to pay a $30 early check in fee. I have never had this before and asked about it. In the end, I decided to check in and pay for it. I also asked about the parking fee as I did not remember paying that the last time I was there and told the clerk that I did not believe we paid that the last time we stayed there. Both my son and myself thought that the woman checking us in was very condescending with her reply of "well that was fortunate for you." We took the keys and proceeded to our room. Upon arrival to our room, we saw it was not ready and housekeeping was in there cleaning. I went back to the front desk and told the same woman that the room was not ready. She proceeded to tell me, "well they were not expecting an early check in". Well, she was the one who told me the room was ready, checked us in and charged us. She then handed us two free drink coupons. Well, we were not there to sit in the hotel bar and this was useless to us.
The next morning we got up and showered. No body wash at all in the container in the shower. We called down to let the desk know so it could be refilled. That night we came back and housekeeping had come into our room while we were gone and the only thing they had done was remove all of our used towels. They did not replace them so we had no towels, the garbage was still in the room and the beds in disarray. It was after 11pm. We called down to the front desk and they sent someone up with towels. That person then proceeded to bang around for about 5 minutes in the bathroom supposedly filling the body wash. After they left, my son went to take a shower and discovered again, no body wash.
The next morning we checked out and complained. The lady did remove the $30 charge for early check in but no apologies for the poor service we received.

I've stayed here in the past and never had an issue but this has been BY FAR, my worst hotel experience EVER! We had prepaid for the hotel back in April and once we arrived for check in, they 'accidentally' put a $700 hold on my card. The hold was lifted and returned by the end of my trip only for them to then charge me for the same amount AFTER check out even though they had stated that they knew it was prepaid. It would have been one thing if this had not been a vacation, but to hold my money twice and mess with my livelihood (i.e., bills, etc) is fully unacceptable. One singular comp breakfast was nowhere near enough of an accommodation for the inconvenience. Rest assured, I will never be staying here again.

Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. The rooms are disgusting, outdated, and in serious need of renovation.
We stayed here because it was inexpensive and close to Disneyland, but honestly, you get what you pay for. The location is convenient if you’re driving to the park, but it’s definitely not walkable—especially after spending all day walking around Disneyland.
Our bathroom sink is only about a foot away from one of the beds, and it leaked throughout the night, leaving us waking up to a wet carpet. Absolutely gross. We also had the AC set to 68°, but after being at Disney all day, we came back to a room that was 80°! Maintenance did respond quickly and fixed the issue, which I appreciated, but it was still frustrating.
The room itself was so unpleasant that none of us felt comfortable getting under the sheets. Thank goodness we brought our own pillows and blankets.
The price may seem like a good deal because of the location, but in my opinion, it’s not worth it. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.
