  Friendly staff and plenty of parking to chose from. The rooms were clean and it smelled wonderful! Comfortable bed, cold A/C, microwave, and a mini fridge. To my surprise, there wasn't any Laundry plastic bags for dirty clothes anywhere nor a coffee maker (other than the ones near the lobby). They offered plenty of TV channels as well as free breakfast! Would definitely be coming back again!

  The location of this hotel is great if you are doing any of the parks, but it's little things that made our stay 3 stars instead of 5. We wanted to fill our water bottles in the lobby, but they would not let us fill them in the breakfast area and didn't have a water fountain. So we went upstairs to fill them from the room sink, but there was no water in our sink or shower. When I called down to tell them, they said, "The rooms don't have any water because we had a leak." You would think that would be something worth mentioning when we checked in instead of letting us discover it on our own. There was also no creamer for the coffee, and the gym smelled like it had not been cleaned in years. Lastly, a lot of the rooms have an exterior corridor layout, if that matters to you.

  We are writing to express our significant dissatisfaction with our recent stay. Upon arrival, we discovered that the reserved king-sized bed room was instead furnished with two queen-sized beds. Furthermore, the interior of the building exhibited a general lack of cleanliness. Additionally, during our stay, my husband attempted to use the shower and found no body soap available. When I contacted the front desk to request soap, I was informed that I would need to retrieve it myself, rather than having it delivered to our room. Upon arriving at the front desk, I observed multiple staff members present, suggesting that delivery would have been feasible. We also encountered stained towels and a non-functional refrigerator in our room. Finally, despite having pre-paid online for our reservation, we were informed upon check-in that no payment had been received. Subsequently, an additional $5 charge was applied for payment at the facility.

  One of the worse hotel ever. The ac in the rooms aren’t working and it smells so bad. The people working there told us they would give us refund and didn’t. Just the worse place ever.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I was traveling with my baby, and the elevator was out of service for our entire stay. Carrying my baby, stroller, diaper bag, and luggage up and down the stairs was extremely difficult, and no accommodations or assistance were offered. The hotel also appeared to be poorly managed. A housekeeping cart sat in the hallway for more than 24 hours, making the property look neglected. Breakfast is advertised to begin at 6:30 AM, but when I went down around 6:40 AM, nothing was ready. Guests shouldn’t have to wait for an amenity that’s advertised to be available. The most concerning part of our stay was that my daughter woke up with red bumps on her face and leg after sleeping in the room. I cannot say for certain what caused them, but they were not there before our stay. As a parent, that was very concerning, and I’ve included photos of what we observed. When I brought up my concerns, I didn’t feel they were taken seriously. Overall, the hotel lacked the level of cleanliness, organization, and customer service I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I would not stay here again, especially if you’re traveling with young children. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests don’t have the same experience.
