  The rooms were very clean , the location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from Disney. Also, the reception who checked us in, I believe his name was either Julian or Juan was very helpful and provided great customer service to us. Definitely worth it

  Make sure you know that they have 2 kinds of suites! The online picture was NOT what we received. Ours was a regular 2 queen kind of room, with a small other room that has a pullout couch and AC. My sister booked the same as we did, a suite, and that room was like a studio with A LOT MORE space and an extra little table for everyone to sit around. I complained and the woman said no one has ever complained and offered to change our room the next day so we stayed on one and had to move to another the next night after a long day at Disney. She offered to have our personal belongings to the new room for us, but we don't trust people like that. If you book a suite, call and make sure you get the exact one you want. No, hot tub, no breakfast, pay $19/nt for parking, and no shuttle service. The walk to Disney is about 20+ minutes. We won't be staying here again.

  DONT NOT BOOK BUGS!!!! Let me start by saying the location is convenient and fairly close to Disneyland. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. When I arrived, I found the property to be heavily infested with roaches. They were in the guest rooms, the lobby, and even around and in the swimming pool. It was so unsanitary that I checked out as quickly as possible. I requested a refund because the conditions were unacceptable, but the hotel refused. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank. What made the experience even more frustrating was that staff saw a roach in the lobby and still insisted they didn't have a bug problem. I ended up spending a little more to stay at the Residence Inn, and the difference was night and day. It was clean, comfortable, and well worth the extra cost. I would not recommend booking this hotel. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere.
