  A cast member told me to come here for a couple of surprises - like anniversary and birthday buttons they will give you (just have to ask:) and I had no idea they did this in all my years of visiting Disneyland!! But the popcorn and mint juleps were a COMPLETE surprise! Everyone we interacted with was very nice and went out of their way to help us. And the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade!!😮😍 So glad to come back here after two years! ❤️ 🚀🎡🎠🛖 🚂🚃🚃 ❤️

  Your one stop shop when you need help at Disneyland. Staffed by some of the best cast members the park has to offer you will not be disappointed. Truth be told over the last 20 years I have been to City Hall for a issue with a ticket and giving feedback on an outstanding cast member. On both occasions I have to say the customer service was above and beyond. They are staffed with many bilingual cast members and they are always smiling. Working a customer service desk is hard but I can only imagine what it’s like for a Disneyland cast member. They do their job very well.
