  Staff is fantastic. We were exhausted from an early flight. Staff let us check into our preferred room type as soon as we arrived from the airport. We were able to take a quick rest before enjoying a character dinner with our kids. Breakfast had hot and standard cold items. They offered sausage, biscuits with gravy, ham, scrambled eggs and Yoplait yogurt. Difficult to follow keto as the scrambled eggs seemed to contain carbohydrates. Very easy walking distance to Disneyland. Our 7 and 9 year old kids had no trouble walking with us then through the parks all day. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Pull out couch bed was a little too thin for comfort. Full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, ice maker. Grills available outside. Small playground on property for the kids. Wonderful option.

  Would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The website clearly advertised parking and breakfast as "included," but in reality they still charged an extra $35 per day as a "resort fee". That already felt misleading. And no one mentioned it at check in or during stay. I only found out after got charged and call the front desk to ask about it. What made the experience much worse was that my car was stolen directly from their parking lot during my stay. Thankfully, it happened on the last day and the police were able to recover the vehicle before I had to leave. But if a hotel is charging guests for parking, there should be at least some level of responsibility, security, or concern when something this serious happens. I brought the issue up to the hotel staff, but they showed little to no concern and offered no real support. Very disappointing experience overall. Please be careful before booking here.

  For a family of 4 and stayed 4 days. Pros: 2 queen bed, pullout sofa bed, nice kitchenette, one restroom, 2 tvs. Breakfast 630-930 am and offers decent varieties, Walking distance to Disneyland, close to shopping areas. For being close to highway, it’s fairly quiet, has a nice little playground with lounge chairs to watch your kids. Receptionist, are friendly and will answer your questions. If you want rooms cleaned, need to call the day before. Cons: beds are slightly uncomfortable, sleeping area is a small (if you have a large group) sofa bed is old and uncomfortable, website states: shuttle to Disneyland but receptionist said, it’s no longer offered, the swimming area is under construction. Overall a good experience and nice place.

  Location is okay for going to Disneyland, but as for room service and cleanliness, awful, its ridiculous room gets serviced every 3 days, an awful discovery they stated my jaw drop in shock, that they sometimes leave towels outside the door ( not in bags ) !!! Bugs, lizards, ants, could been camping in the towels having a good time and the place has their house keeping carts ( towels, bedsheets ect. ) outside exposed to any elements that can literally have guests using dirty towels and may have who knows what in them. When we requested for new towels and coffee, there was no coffee and the "new towels" were on the sofa, in all my travels, I've never seen housekeeping leave "new" towels on the sofa and who knows how dirty the sofa is, i doubt they clean it, like who does that ? leave towels on the sofa !? UPDATE: i just found BLACK MOLD in the bathroom, it was on the door frame on top and side and partial on the wall. The place needs to shut down and throughly clean all rooms, new management, and higher standards for cleanliness. I do NOT recommend this place.

  I asked for them to bring towels and coffee, and when I got back to the room they left the towels on a dirty couch (I doubt they steam wash it after each guest,) As well as no coffee. Then when I asked the front desk attendant what their proccess was for room service and if he felt it was appropriate to leave it on a dirty couch and not putting it in the bathroom, he literally told me sometimes they leave it outside the room. (Outside the room is literally outside.) Then when I asked if they put it in a trash bag since they leave it outside sometimes, and he backpedaled and stopped making sense so I just left angry. I travel alot and stay at alot of hotels and even motels and I have never seen such disregard for cleanliness. Also the other pictures are of towels that are left out exposed outside. I walked by it and these are "clean" towels that they give to guests. Do not stay if you want to avoid getting sick while staying here. No one wants to get sick while at Disney. We have stayed here in the past and we have definitely seen a change. They must have a new manager that isn't on top of their employee standards. UPDATE- I FOUND BLACK LONG HAIRS ON OUR TOWELS INBETWEEN THE FOLDS. 🤢 I wish I didn't pull them off so I could have took a picture of it. Was so shocked and disgusted didn't think to until after.
