Seriously the best place with roof top pool and hot tub! (Pool is only 3.5 feet throughout but seems so fun for the whole family, old to young. The rooms are good, the staff is nice and on-site store is soooo great! The best part is you are literally across the street from the disneyland gates! The ability to come back mid day to use the pool or freshen up is amazing! Definitely will never book anywhere else when I come to disneyland or California adventure!

We arrived at 2pm. Our room was ready, sitting empty, they said we couldn't get in early unless we paid $40. Its literally sitting empty how does it make any difference at all to them if we are sitting in it. Its also Valet parking only, and a rip off. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was wonderful as far as proximity to the park. It is nice to be close to mcdonalds and Panera. The little on site store was helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean. The only things that take it from a 5 to a 4 was the friendliness of the staff as well as our valet parked car receiving a huge dent.

Our experience was ruined by a shocking sanitation issue. After checking in, spending the entire day at the park, and having dinner, we returned to find a large cockroach in our room, making it instantly uninhabitable for our family. When we reported this severe sanitation issue to the front desk, we were told that no alternative accommodations or immediate refund were possible. Naturally, we checked out that same day. Since then, our attempts to resolve the situation—specifically getting a refund for a room we could not comfortably occupy—have been met with dismissive excuses and absolute silence. We have received zero follow-up despite multiple calls. When we finally did hear back from the staff, they emailed a very vague response ignoring the refund request, and the complaint. A property cannot meet basic sanitation standards, and a hotel's response to a major health/safety complaint is supposed to be immediate and proactive. This hotel failed on both counts. We strongly advise potential guests to be prepared for poor housekeeping standards and an extremely difficult customer service experience when issues arise.

Me and my wife have stayed here multiple times the last two years. We’ve tried to give it a good shot. My wife is disabled, wheelchair bound, we’ve always had to request an ADA room. On multiple trips, our accommodations have not been met or respected, we have been almost forced into a non accessible room, and the rooms themselves that are so called “accessible” are filled with obstacles that do not allow for regular wheelchair use. Accessibility here is a second thought. I would urge all wheelchair users to avoid unfortunately. On a secondary note, requesting a late checkout means nothing to them apparently, if the people who have your room next pay to enter early. I was accosted over the phone about vacating our room, 20 minutes before our requested and approved late checkout. This and other situations have led us to unfortunately not be able to patronise this hotel, which is very unfortunate due to the great value, the prime location, and the mostly kind and hardworking staff.
