  Checking in was easy and quick, the room had a few things that could have been improved on. I had to call a few times about our a/c not working and the fridge not working also and maintenance never came to inspect them. We had multiple issues with people next door to us smoking weed in their room and was making our room smell. The pool area needs to have more handrails and grip tape on the stairs to make it safer getting in and out of. I had slipped getting in and hit my back on the edge of the pool really bad when I went to express my concerns about the safety. my other party had also slip trying to get in. They had no consideration of how bad I got hurt and even showed them how bad my back was. I asked to speak with the manager about it and was told they were out for the weekend, and I never got a call back or anything. I’d express my concerns again checking out and still nothing. I would hate for that to happen to someone else. I’ve stayed here multiple times and this is the only time I’ve had so many issues when in the past I haven’t.

  Great staff, Great place, very clean, spotless, room. Shuttles to Disneyland. my girlfriend and I spent 4 nights, vacation here, to go to Disney Land, Disneyland adventure, right across the street. Great pool, gym, very friendly and kind staff. Free morning breakfast. If I could give more than five stars I would. Very helpful staff. Thank you.

  We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland, which made our trip so convenient. What truly stood out was the incredible customer service. We experienced a couple of minor issues in our room, and each time the staff responded almost immediately. It felt like lightning speed! A maintenance team member arrived within minutes, fixed the problem professionally, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. That level of care and responsiveness is rare to find. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding customer service, a great breakfast, and an excellent location near Disneyland, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

  The room was very clean, the walls were thick enough that you didn't hear ANY sound coming from the rooms surrounding yours. The breakfast was amazing, different choices each day we were there. Plenty of table space but also to-go containers to take to your room. The pool area was well kept, clean with plenty of towels. Two pools and two hot tubs! The location to Disneyland was great, 10 minute easy walk. The parking cost for overnight was less expensive than many surrounding hotels. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You could even see the Disneyland fireworks from your room!

  We stayed at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn for four nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked in, we had a small request regarding our room, and Kimberly at the front desk assisted us right away by arranging a room change. Her prompt and professional service was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed that there were some different options each day rather than the exact same menu every morning. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Disneyland Parks and Downtown Disney. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it very convenient for families and travelers. The only reason I can’t give a full 5-star rating is the sound insulation between rooms. The walls seem fairly thin, and we could hear conversations from the room next door. That said, the friendly staff, convenient location, and overall value made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future Disneyland trip.
