- JCJimena Casteel2 days ago2.0Nice stay perfect if I was going to Disneyland unfortunately the only reason I booked was because of the breakfast and gym but with my luck both were unavailable breakfast had minimum and that was enough but there was no gym for me to use , staff was welcoming (breakfast guy) and the nice lady when we checked out was so sweet I like her.

They just changed money and don't provide any invoices, even when you checked out and emailed the requested receipt, noone carried! The breakfast restaurant doesn't exist, so you need to get it in small space,and takes it back to your rooms! But they don't notice in website about that! It's not called "full breakfast or hot breakfast at all!"

When brought to the attention of the hotel, I was told that "they are aware and need to uodatw the website". I was then offered a slap in the face10% refund ($38). Our room was not a "suite". At best, it was oversized. We will never stay here again, due to the false advertisement of what we paid for and what was actually available at the property. We should have been refunded half of our stay, at a minimum. We had to feed our family of 4 elsewhere, which was $60 both mornings.
