  Localização impecável, em frente aos parques, acesso muito fácil, com boa estrutura e café da manhã incluso. Quartos são bons e amplos, mas poderiam ser modernizados. Por um questão de higiene, nos incomodou a cafeteira na pia do banheiro, ao lado do vaso sanitário, acabamos não usando por este motivo. Mas o que impediu de dar nota 10, é que o atendimento no front desk é de bastante ruim. A equipe não tem cordialidade boa vontade em ajudar, quando necessário. Por exemplo, recebi encomendas da Amazon, e a equipe se recusou a me entregar. Mesmo com a supervisora observando a situação (que nem se levantou da cadeira para apoiar), foi muito difícil conseguir que me entregassem minha encomenda.

  El hotel esta super bien ubicado si vas a Disney. Esta básicamente cruzando una calle y caminas unos 5 minutos y tienes las entradas a los dos parques. El desayuno esta excelente, están muy ricas las opciones que ofrecen. El personal es muy amable. La habitación esta amplia, el baño es pequeño pero esta bien. Lo que no me gustó mucho es que las ventanas tenían una tipo como persiana de madera que solo se mueven hacia arriba o abajo y por las mañanas entraba muy fácil el destello del sol, no había otra manera de poder taparlo bien. Más aparte nos tocó cerca de la alberca y en la habitación se escuchaba todo el ruido del exterior. Como la alberca la cerraban creo que como a las 10pm, batallé para dormir. Y no me quejo de las personas en la alberca ya que es para divertirse, pero creo que sería bueno que contaran con ventanas a las que no pase ruido y unas buenas cortinas o persianas black out.

  we stayed at the hotel from july 15 to july 17, 2026. the positives about our stay were the excellent location, just a short walk from disneyland, the friendly breakfast staff, and a room that seemed clean. the bed was comfortable too. unfortunately, our check-in experience completely changed our first impression of the hotel. before travelling, i called the hotel on july 13 at 08:50 pm because i knew i wouldn't have the physical credit card used for the reservation. i explained my situation, asked twice if i would still be able to check in, and was told that my id would be enough. when i arrived two days later, wednesday 15 july around 03:20 pm, i was told the physical card was required after all. i completely understand and respect the hotel's payment policy. my issue is that i was given incorrect information over the phone. when i explained that i had called specifically to avoid this situation, i was told that everyone knows the policy and was asked if i had maybe called another hotel. instead of acknowledging what had happened, i was left feeling as though i had done something wrong, even though i had called in advance to make sure everything would be okay. we were visiting family in san diego from switzerland and travelled to anaheim for our first disneyland visit. instead of starting our visit with excitement, i was told our reservation would have to be cancelled. three staff members, including management, became involved. throughout the conversation, i was repeatedly told i would need to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. travelling alone with my young daughter, i genuinely believed we had nowhere to stay and broke down crying in the lobby. a solution was eventually found, which made the experience even harder to understand because it showed there had been options after all. what upset me most was not the policy, but the lack of communication, empathy, and willingness to look for a solution. i left feeling unheard and blamed for a situation i had tried to prevent from the beginning. i hope the hotel improves its communication and remembers that treating guests with kindness and respect is just as important as following policies. what should have been the exciting start of a very special trip became one of the most upsetting hotel experiences i've had.

  Pros: Close to Disney Offers a free breakfast that most can find something to eat. Beds comfortwise are ok Some of the front desk staff are nice and helpful Has a lof of food options close Cons: Found red bugs in bathroom The shower head doesn't have any pressure, and was clearly not clean in a Looong while. You hear everything so makes sleeping hard. The parking is 30 a day including day you arrive and leave no matter how early you leave or late you get there. Room was not clean this time crumbs all over and had an smell. Toilet almost overflowed twice for no reason The TV system leaves something to be desired. Even more when your trying to drown out everything else. Outdated with holes in the carpet as well as under so it catches your foot. Overall this hotel may be close but it makes it hard when you don't get to have a restful night due to sound and bug worries. I would say staying a bit further would be better.
