  Everything was great location service and room. Friendly people. Ahmir at the front dest was helpful and even offered to move his car if we were going to leave and didn't have enough parking. Stayed at many places in this area will definitely consider this place again.

  THEFT - I returned from a long day at Disneyland to find my purse on the bed which immediately stood out because I never sat my purse on the bed. I checked my wallet and saw $150 was missing. I reported to the front desk, Luis was helpful. He gathered all of the information, apologized for my experience and reiterated the information he shared with the manager who would be onsite the following morning. During the middle of the night I received a fraud alert on a debit card from an account that I only use for bill pay. The debit card was not taken but was also in my wallet that was left in the room. Juan, the manager, was very unhelpful, stated multiple times he could not accuse anyone of theft although he was aware housekeeping was in the room. He also stated more than once if police are able to link the debit card fraud to an employee that the hotel itself is not liable for anything. The one helpful thing he did was contact local law enforcement to file a police report. I do not recommend this hotel, but if you do stay here make sure to secure anything of value.

  Very disappointed with our experience at this Best Western location. We accidentally left my daughter’s blanket in our room after checking out. We realized it shortly afterward and contacted the front desk immediately. At first, we were told the blanket had not been found. After following up, we were eventually told that the blanket had actually been thrown away. That is extremely upsetting and difficult to understand. This was a personal belonging not trash and we contacted the hotel promptly to try to recover it. Had we been told that housekeeping had found it, we would have gladly arranged to have it held or shipped back to us. Instead, we were told it was discarded. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and there were small flying insects/nats in our room during our stay. What concerns me most is the way our belongings were handled. I understand that guests occasionally leave things behind, but I would expect a hotel to have a basic process for securing personal property rather than throwing it away, particularly when the guest has already contacted the hotel about the missing item. what procedures are in place to prevent this from happening to another guest.

  Después de un largo día en Disneyland, llegamos a hacer el check in como a las 11 de la noche, el chico que nos atendió súper amable, hablaba español y no fue nada difícil comunicarnos. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y agradable; al día siguiente, el desayuno, muy variado con huevos revueltos, salchichas, waffles, café, de todo!! Sin duda regresaría, súper recomendado 👍🏼

  A bit noisy being next to a main road, so bring ear plugs. The hotel has a very good and well-stocked breakfast, and the personnel at the front desk are very helpful. It’s a great location for accessing the Disney parks.
