  This is the worst hotel room that I had ever “stayed” It’s so bad That we Had to leave almost immediately after arriving, and we Stayed in a different hotel For $10 more we stayed over at residence Inn by Marriott, Man, what a difference 🤩 As soon as we walked in to the room, it smells like humid or mold, smell was something so strong that we couldn’t even breathe We found here on the bed, meaning they didn’t clean well, I requested a cancellation and they denied it even though we had two nights. I was hoping I could at least get one of the nights back, but they didn’t remember me., Shame on you people I will never stay in A best western ever again and we’ll never recommend any anybody to stay in that hotel either Parking lot is horrible. There’s only space for a few vehicles and parking spaces are so Tight Your reply is so disrespectful We did not went back to sleep there as the rooms are discussing! I paid 2 nights at at a different hotel And I made reservation for 2nd night at your facility Please have pride and don’t lie about video recording because that can lead to legal action

  Después de un largo día en Disneyland, llegamos a hacer el check in como a las 11 de la noche, el chico que nos atendió súper amable, hablaba español y no fue nada difícil comunicarnos. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y agradable; al día siguiente, el desayuno, muy variado con huevos revueltos, salchichas, waffles, café, de todo!! Sin duda regresaría, súper recomendado 👍🏼

  El peor hotel en el que me he quedado en mi vida. Llegué a este hotel esperando un lugar decente cerca de Disneyland, pero lo que encontré fue una auténtica estafa y un robo descarado. Durante mi estancia, la señora del aseo entró a la habitación mientras yo no estaba supuestamente a hacer la limpieza. No solo hizo su trabajo: esculcó todas mis maletas, revisó mis pertenencias y me robó dinero en efectivo que tenía guardado. Cuando descubrí el robo y reclamé, la respuesta del gerente fue de una soberbia y prepotencia que no había visto en mi vida. Con total descaro me dijo que “hiciera lo que quisiera”, como si el hotel estuviera por encima de cualquier responsabilidad. Esto no es un “incidente aislado”. Es una falta total de seguridad, de protocolos y de respeto al cliente. ¿Cómo es posible que dejen entrar al personal sin supervisión a revolver las cosas de los huéspedes? ¿Dónde está la cámara de seguridad en los pasillos? ¿Dónde está la mínima profesionalidad? No solo perdí dinero, sino que me fui con una sensación de absoluta inseguridad y rabia. Este hotel no merece ni ser llamado “hotel”. Es un lugar donde tu propiedad no está protegida y donde la gerencia se lava las manos con arrogancia cuando ocurre algo grave.

  A bit noisy being next to a main road, so bring ear plugs. The hotel has a very good and well-stocked breakfast, and the personnel at the front desk are very helpful. It’s a great location for accessing the Disney parks.

  Room was clean and nice. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is small but nice and well stocked. This hotel is located on north side of Disney and is about a 15-20 min walk to the front entrance. Did not realize how close the nightly fireworks were going to be. It was a very loud surprise the first night.
