    Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a busy part of town, so there's plenty of convenience, but it's also just out of the way enough so you don't hear traffic, etc.

    This hotel is showing it age, but they’ve invested wisely in upgrading the most important parts, like the bathroom and the bed. It still looks like there’s a bit of a maintenance back log though. Conveniently located near the Interstate, but they’ve invested wisely road noise was noticeable. Thankfully I can sleep through almost anything because the AC was quite loud too. The staff were really nice though and this definitely not a bad place to stay. Just not top notch.

    Breakfast was excellent ( even had real eggs)and employees both cook and restaurant lady were both amazing. Would definitely recommend and will stay there next time I visit Yuma

    Guest service could use some work, but generally fine. The website and app wouldn't let me login which wasn't their problem. However, some understanding rather than assuming I just couldn't remember my credentials would have been nice. Eventually they got me a room and said the rates were the same though usually if you don't book online they are higher. Neither of my keys worked. Suspicious 😆 A different person helped and her mast key did work and confirmed mine didn't so she went got me two new keys. I just got here. I'll keep ya'll posted.

    The newly renovated rooms are fabulous! The bed was VERY comfortable, pillows too. Great water pressure! Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly, and the coffee was 24/7. The location is right by shopping and dining so you can drive in seconds, or you can walk using the excellent wide sidewalks!
