  When we arrived, the ONLY employee on the site, *who was rude to the Expedia customer service he called to confirm our two-room reservation, tried to scam us instead of facilitating the process. To top it off, this man was asleep in the back when we arrived. Despite providing him with all the necessary information, including Expedia details, my credit card, phone number and ID, he insisted that he could not find the information of the second room, although he knew it was me and he could see it on his screen (which he later showed me!!!!!) that our two rooms were booked for $200, and one of them under my pseudonym(apple autofill:/). He tried to charge me again with an additional cost for another room. To make matters worse, the room had no light, the pool was dirty, there was no elevator and the rooms were quite far from the parking lot. If it is not clear, do not bother to come or stay in this place. It was a terrible experience in the middle of a vacation that would otherwise have been very pleasant. The only good thing about this place was the sign or the other side of the street.

  We had just gotten in our room and was sitting and our door opened up with no knock to even let us know someone was opening the door. Never in my life have I ever had anyone open a hotel door without knocking first. In acceptable.

  Personne à l'accueil. Après avoir sonné 2 fois, le réceptionniste sort d'une salle en chaussette, les cheveux en bataille et le t-shirt froissé. On l'a clairement dérangé en pleine sieste...🙄 Frigo sale. Cheveux dans la salle de bains, tâche de café non nettoyée sur le bureau. Pas de shampoing, gel douche vide... La climatisation est très bruyante, les murs sont épais comme du papier à cigarette. La salle du petit déjeuner est ridiculement petite. Tables et chaises très moches et bas de gamme. Ça ne donne pas envie d'y déjeuner. Machine à pancakes HS. Que du pain de mie à manger. Un conseil : Passez votre chemin !

  L’accueil n’était pas aimable, piscine fermée sans information et pas de notification en amont. Aucune geste commercial pour dédommager de cette fermeture. De plus, la salle de bain était très sale.

  This is one of the cleanest Surestay's I've been to! If you're driving all night they will let you check in early. And you do get to see a room before you pay. The room got so cold, which I love! The bathroom was very clean. The whole building smelled nice! Owner was so nice and helpful and keeps the place maintained. 🖤 Nice quiet area but lots off good things within a couple miles on or off the free way.
