  Propreté à revoir sur l'ensemble draps et chambre. La climatisation ne Marchais pas, nous avons pris le jus sur les prises électriques. La literie est quand même agréable pour dormir. La télé est connecté, c'est agréable pour se poser avant de dormir. Le petit dej n'est pas exceptionnel mais présent.

  This hotel has been the worst experience we have ever had. The receptionist was very rude and completely lacked customer service skills. After a long day of traveling, you expect to arrive at the hotel—which you have paid for in advance—only to be told upon arrival that, due to hotel policy, they cannot give you one of the four rooms you paid for because the person assigned to it fell ill and was unable to travel. We offered to provide identification for that person's son, but the receptionist refused to give us the room. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Save yourselves the unpleasant experience and the disappointment of this place.

  This property does not represent the high quality expected of the Best Western brand. The internet was sporadic, and finally gave out 3 hrs in. There was no shelf in the refrigerator, no coffee, the brackets in the shower for shampoo, conditioner etc were empty. Hair in the bathroom sink. The hall was very dark, the breakfast room was un appetizing.

  DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. The floor was not vacuumed and it looks like its not cleaned for 20 years. Old worn out towels old furniture and room was all dusty. Toilet was not cleaned. We regret booking here and had to leave immediately after just 10 min checking in.

  My family and I stayed at this location for two nights. It is in a peaceful location with lots of little local shops to shop at and eat at. It's about an hour away from the Grand Canyon and about 30 mins from Flagstaff. While the hotel is a pretty basic hotel all of our needs were met and the gentleman running the front was very nice. There wasn't a huge selection for breakfast in the mornings but my kids LOVED the conveyor belt that the pancakes came off of when you cooked them. They thought that was so cool! The sunset view from the room was to die for. I put 4 stars on the rooms just because the building does seem to be older so there is some wear and tear on the carpet and the bathtub is older. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower was perfect. I highly suggest this place as it met all our needs.
