    The front desk was so nice and informative. Gave us recommendation on BBQ restaurants and other info of grand canyon.

    I enjoy listening to my neighbor’s TV up above my floor all night. That is why I visit hotels during my travels. I also love washing my face before bed with stained towels, that is always the best experience. When I shower I love swimming in soup! Oh it would not drain, making soup.

    Upon arrival, Yasmin warmly greeted us and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast excellent as we have come to expect from Holiday inns. This location is our go to in the Flagstaff area. This was our 3rd time at this location! Great job and see you on our next trip!

    Only reason I stayed here was because I rocked in at 3am & didn't know you could just ring the bell at the motels up the street to get someone to check you in. They couldn't give me late checkout so it was $187 to spend 8 hours in a room where I couldn't even control the thermostat. The gentleman at the front was helpful & did what he could, but IMO you should save your money & stay at one of the motels up the street; all the same amenities for half the price.

    The hotel itself is not bad—the rooms are fine and the facilities are decent. However, I cannot give a positive rating due to a very frustrating experience with the staff's honesty and management of lost property. I accidentally left a souvenir hat in my room after check-out. I contacted the reception immediately, and they confirmed they had found it and were keeping it safe for me. Trusting them, I drove over 100 km back to the hotel specifically to retrieve it. When I arrived, the hat was nowhere to be found. It had clearly been pocketed by a staff member in the meantime. The management apologized and promised they would find it and ship it to my home address. Needless to say, it was never shipped, and I never heard from them again. It is a shame because the stay was otherwise okay, but I cannot recommend a place where you can't trust the staff with your belongings. Truly unprofessional.
