  I'm still trying to understand how this facility got a "Plus." It did not live up to the reputation of other BW Plus' that I have stayed in. It's next to a gas station that had semi trucks going in & out all night. I had a cold and used a lot of tissue and my nose was raw due to the poor quality tissue provided. Same with TP, very cheap. To top it off, the room we were given was above the breakfast area and this made it very noisy. I was dozing off and heard a clatter. I identified the sound as a cart being pushed in the area under our room. It took me a while to be able to go back to sleep, then the clatter started again early the next morning due to breakfast set up. Water pressure is also an issue. Had trouble rinsing shampoo out of my hair.

  Great staff, clean and nice. Pool was great and the social areas were clean, spacious, any fun. Beds were not comfortable. The bar was ok, the restaurant was not.

  We always stay here when we go to Williams. Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food.

  Close to downtown williams, what we really enjoyed about this hotel was that it had a lounge and steakhouse restraunt right on sight. The food was great.The outdoor firepit was nice to meet some people and to relax. The hotel staff was also very nice.

  Although their website states there are microwave ovens and mini-refrigerators in every room my room had neither. Fortunately my travel partners room had them. Also, although rooms were booked and paid for through my Southwest Air miles the hotel is charging me $104 for no apparent reason. Disputing charge, unfortunately on checkout the desk clerk failed to give me a receipt for the stay. I assumed falsely that they had emailed me a receipt.
