  Stay here pretty frequently due to work. The service here is sometimes good and sometimes horrible I will say. Some front desk people do care, others won't say a word and wont make eye contact. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is actually really nice. The rooms are a little dark though, with the yellow pain and yellow lights. All in all a decent hotel. I dont mind staying here.

  Room, beds and bathroom are very dirty and bad smell. We have to change different room. The second room we changed was ok. Breakfast is good included. Location is convenient as we stopped to go to CA.

  The staff at this property were great. The front desk staff, the breakfast staff as well as the maintenance staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms was a bit dated but it was well stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

  I review anything I think needs to be addressed. My stay was shortened by another emergency but I will return shortly n stay here. Read many reviews on this place n most were good. I have stayed in most motel’s in Willcox throughout the many years of coming back to my hometown. Not every place is perfect but this place was close. Staff, from front desk to housekeeping n breakfast personnel, were Awesome n you could tell everyone felt like a team member. Good job on management. Room was great n entire stay was comfortable n I appreciate that. Special note to Jezell. She deserves an 11. Cathy front desk n lady at breakfast deserve a pat on the back also. Will be back very soon. Thank you

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Once they arrived, the employee wasn’t very welcoming, gave me incorrect directions to my room, and didn’t provide any of the basic information you’d normally expect, such as breakfast hours, pool hours, or checkout time. Later that evening, I returned to update my vehicle information, and the front desk employee on duty was also not friendly or welcoming. The next morning, I asked the same employee from check-in if I could have additional makeup wipes since our room only had one for two guests during a two-night stay. She looked at me as if I was inconveniencing her, asked a coworker if they had any, checked the drawer, found none, and simply left it at that. There was no apology or attempt to offer an alternative, which was disappointing, especially since the hotel advertises that forgotten items are available upon request. She also just sat there and was just overall rude. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the bathroom had a strong musty or mold-like odor, the refrigerator didn’t work and the shower head sprayed water with excessive force. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on—it was hard, lumpy, and squeaked every time I moved. The pillows were equally uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel itself needs to be updated. The front desk staff could use some training in proper Customer Service and hospitality. They really ruined the experience. If you’re going to have an old outdated hotel where things don’t work the least they can do is have accommodating staff members. The only highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they were the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
