  Holiday Inn Resort in Tusayan was a great place to stay for our first trip to the US! 🇺🇸 Travelling as two friends, we felt really comfortable and safe here. It was the perfect basecamp for exploring the Grand Canyon during the day and then coming back somewhere comfortable to relax afterwards. The facilities were great, the location was super convenient and we had everything we needed for our stay. A really easy and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone planning a Grand Canyon trip! ✨

  First I would like to say this was not our original booking. We were supposed to say inside the park at the Maswik lodge. But because of the flooding we had to make other arrangements. Our room was old and outdated. We felt it was a pet room because it literally had a kennel in it. I guess aside for the pet dander that my wife was allergic to, was the tub shower. The sides were so high it was very hard to get in and out of safely. And the AC was so noisy all night. The rest of the resort was nice, the breakfast was not very good, the restaurant was ok, but the hostess was everything but accommodating. We just wanted some drinks and appetizers and there were plenty of open tables but were told we would have to wait 30 or 40 minutes. So went to the Wagon Wheel down the street. It was great, people were so friendly and the food was so good we went back a few times.

  L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter le Grand Canyon. Les installations sont top et pour certaines récemment rénovées. Ne soyez pas surpris de croiser des animaux sauvages devant votre chambre et dans le parc de l'hôtel. Les enfants peuvent s'amuser après une journée de randonnée dans le Grand Canyon : piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure, jacuzzi, jeux outdoor, salle d'arcade avec 20$ offert par chambre. N'hésitez pas le soir à aller devant le bâtiment principal pour faire griller des chamalow autour des braseros. À côté du bar extérieur y a des tables où vous pourrez pique-niquer. Le petit déjeuner buffet inclu est top et très complet, l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu aux USA avec beaucoup de fruits frais. Le prix des chambres reste néanmoins excessif.

  La struttura è affascinante, composta da diversi edifici in pietra. Tuttavia le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate e si dorme male. Il ristorante ha una qualità che lascia molto a desiderare: i bambini mangiano gratis se gli adulti ordinano un piatto del menu normale, ma le porzioni per i bambini sono da fame (vanno bene per uno di 4 anni). Infine la doccia in stanza ha un vetro parziale e schizza dappertutto. Nel complesso, una delusione!

  Nos hemos alojado en este hotel del 14 de agosto de 2026 al 15 de agosto de 2026. Nos hicieron el cobro de entrada al hotel el día 14 de agosto y como (según ellos) no pasaba la tarjeta, volvieron a pasar la tarjeta, y así, hasta tres veces. Tenemos el cobro en el banco tres veces, como se puede ver en la foto que adjunto, y cuando reclamamos,nos dijeron que no era un cobro,que era una autorización,se pusieron bordes y nos dijeron que nos lo iban a devolver el día del chek-out, pues estamos a día 16 de agosto que ya hicimos el chek-out y como se puede ver en la foto,no nos han devuelto nada. Encima nos dijeron que era cosa de nuestro banco y como nos pusimos alterados en el mostrador del hotel querían llamar a seguridad, cuando estábamos alterados con razón, pues nos habían mentido. ¿¿¿Es tan difícil pasar la tarjeta por el datáfono y devolver el importe cobrado de más???esta claro que no. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, horrible. Contestación a la contestación de ellos: Me dicen que llame a un teléfono,cuando saben perfectamente a quien le han cobrado estos tres cargos,pone la fecha y mi nombre. No puedo llamar por telefono porque sigo en EEUU hasta finales de agosto y solo tengo datos en el móvil, no llamadas. No se si es por su incompetencia,o por sus malas artes, porque tenéis mi numero de tarjeta y mis datos para hacer la devolución. Posdata; nada mas tenga la devolución echa,quito la reseña.
