- SJShanna Jarrett1 day ago4.0Clean and comfortable with an awesome breakfast. Many satisfying breakfast options like cinnamon rolls, muffins, pancakes, bacon, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit. The Costa coffee machines make yummy coffee. Plenty of seating in the breakfast area is nice. Location near I-10 makes everything convenient and the noise from the highway wasn't too noticeable. Especially appreciated all the Dove beauty products provided: hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We booked 2 rooms several months in advance and requested that they be near each other, but they were unfortunately on different floors so be aware you might not get your request. One of our rooms had a very obvious cigarette odor, and when we informed the front desk they were quick to get us another room, which was appreciated. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked nice! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

- LTLyn TorokAug 23, 20261.0We had 3 rooms two nights. Came to Tucson to retrieve my daughter's body -an Air Force veteran - and move her furnishings out of her home. It was an emotional and physical nightmare. First night occupants in room directly above my room made it impossible to sleep. A child running and stomping nonstop all night beginning at 7:30. I went down to talk to person at desk three times. At 12:30 I was offered a different room but couldn't understand why these occupants weren't evicted after three warnings from staff. I had a lot of luggage and felt THEY should be made to move or leave. Staff knew we had to claim my daughter's body the next day. I got no sleep. Got no offer for free night just some points. Nobody cared enough to help us. Just a horrible experience.
