  The pictures of the location were great. The sheet set for pull out was stained and dirty. Front desk had new ones delivered. The shower bath gel bottle was empty. The bathroom vent motor squeaks when used. The kitchenetre sink was dirty. The room spelled of cigarettes smell. One of the worst Best Western location that I have stayed in. Was this room even cleaned?

  The customer service is always amazing!! Talk to Trey! Everytime I see him he’s working hard and handling business. Even the maintenance guy EJ is respectful and knowledgeable and makes the stay more comfortable! Never had any issues with anything!

  No se los recomiendo! Es un hotel viejo y carece de mantenimiento, a la llegada al check in todo muy bien muy amables y todo en orden. Te recomiendan dejar el depósito en efectivo $100 dlls y te lo regresan al dejar la habitación. La mini suite que nos dieron estaba demasiado deteriorada y sobre todo una limpieza muy mala, encontramos toallas colgadas aparentemente usadas en uno de los clóset, en uno de los mini bar había una botella con soda a la mitad, el otro mini bar con escurrimiento de agua, pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y si la recepción se disculpo y nos dieron otra habitación que ya no era mini suite pero estaba mejor, teníamos pensado pasar dos noche pero solo fue una.   Patrick was great! I was able to check in an hour early with no issues. I reserved a room roughly 2 weeks before my stay. At check in, I was told the room I reserved wasn’t available. I wasn’t happy as I specifically chose that room for a reason. I was able to get a room, which was nice but again, not what I reserved. When I entered the room, I found several dead bugs on the floors. They were dead, so not a huge problem. I asked for fresh towels twice and never received them. Both times I was told someone would bring them to my room. Nope. Never saw them! Also, the jacuzzi tub is so loud, you can’t relax. I’d probably stay here again, I’d just go in knowing what I’m facing.

  La verdad es que por el precio que fue poco menos de 100usd por una noche, habitación estándar de dos camas matrimoniales para 4 personas, estuvo muy bien el hotel, si está viejito y descuidado pero por ese precio está muy bien. Estaba limpio, amplio y el buffet desayuno, muy típico con lo que ofrecen pero estuvo genial, había waffles, yogurt, huevo, pan, salchichas, café y jugo, estuvo muy bien. Si volvería a hospedarme aquí y más si es el mismo precio.
