lots to explore! if you're looking for an aquarium, this is a cute little place inside the mall. Some fish tanks have a crawl-in spot where you can get a closer look at the fish! I recommend buying from groupon to save a couple bucks.

Super cute aquarium to introduce kids to the Sea Life animals. Interactive areas and little missions will keep kids engaged. From digging for shark teeth, to petting starfish- the whole family will have a good time. You can walk through the aquarium via a tunnel and be surrounded by sharks, stingrays, giant turtles, and other large fish. Best $20 you can spend in Phoenix. This is located at a mall and is all indoors to beat the heat. There's also a little Legoland and Rainforest Cafe in the mall. Fun way to spend the day!

True to what I read online, this place is great for younger children. It's not crowded, and displays are built at heights even our 2 year old grandson could reach on his own. It's certainly smaller than Odyssea, but that is what we were looking for. It still had an area where the kids could touch the starfish, and it had a few "wow!" exhibits where the sharks, rays, and other fish swam right by the glass so kids could see them up close. I especially liked the immersive glass tunnel where the sharks and rays were swimming above and below us, and the play area at the end was a hit with the littles. We were very happy that we chose to go to Sea Life with our grandson. We saved a bunch of $, and he had a great time. It even has an ideal location, on the end of the mall right across from Legoland, and a few steps from the food court and the carousel. Two thumbs up!

Do not come here in the summer . It was SO hot and humid .
I don’t think this is experience is worth the price. They charge an extra fee for the virtual experience . It’s a short walk around the tanks are small there’s not a lot of hands on activities for the children. The indoor play center could be better and larger. The toddler play area gets 0stars .

We recently took our Kona, Hawaii-visiting 6 and 8.5-year-old grandsons to this attraction. I hope they were at least half as enthralled as I was with the variety, beauty, high quality, and well-orchestrated exhibits of many marine and terrestrial animal species. I've been to many aquaria, including the awesome Monterey Bay version on the central California coast. This, though smaller in scope to some of those, was every bit as impressive and educational. The staff was tremendously cordial and helpful with all questions and presentations, but not much needed, as the sea life spoke for itself so ably. In this (to me, disturbing) age of "virtual" electronic and passive experiences, it is vitally important that young, inquisitive minds be exposed to actual life forms other than ours and one hopes revel in their specific features, habits, and shapes. I pray we never get so detached from live exhibits that they become boring or meaningless. Excellent job, SeaLife! Worth every penny ... and it was not that much money, in fact.
Commentary: I personally would drive the 50 miles from our home to visit this gem on at least a monthly basis, merely to soak in the serene charm and simplicity of sea (and a few land) creatures in their habitats, oblivious to the too-often hectic, stressful, often unfulfilling human lives.
