The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the pancake maker was a nice surprise. The room was very nice and roomy. I was happy to see a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. Outstanding!!!!

I live in Montana but have children, grandchildren and other family in the Surprise area. I come down in the fall to see them. I have gotten a room here two years in a row. The grandkids stay with me but the whole family comes to swim, enjoy and have pizza. This hotel has been absolutely wonderful! They are accommodating, clean, safe and so comfortable. The area is great also. Very close to shopping and food. This place is wonderful!

This hotel is 10/10. From the polite well informed young lady that checked us in to the very clean and comfortable room. We also enjoyed your pool and breakfast. The staff at breakfast were very kind and inviting. This hotel is very well kept and it looks like it opened a week ago. The morning we checked out I shared my thoughts with my wife and she completely agrees. Unfortunately we left something behind in the room and your staff immediately reached out by email to return it to us. We've traveled all over the world and this hotel is in the top five easily. Well Done!

Breakfast wasn't that good. No potatoes and nasty turkey sausage. Great coffee.

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! All the staff were so kind! Every encounter with staff was super pleasant!! They all kept smiles on their faces and were very attentive!! Special shoutout to Doreen and Erma!! They went above and beyond to make our experience great!! The room was super clean and even the housekeepers asked if we were ok and needed anything!! It was 3 adults and 2 small kids and the suite was plenty room. The pool was clean and relaxing! This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had!! Price was really good for the amenities!!
