  My husband and I used to frequent this hotel quite often about a year ago. We used to stay 2 to 3 nights for the last two or three years prior. We were out Saturday night and he said let’s just go to the hotel instead of going home and have a nice romantic rest of our vacation. I said fine I called. I said we’re checking in late. Can we check out late without having to pay a fee I was told twice yes once from the one 800 number and ones from somebody at the desk. We check into our room 303 there was dirt in the bathroom on the floor no biggie. We ignored it put a towel down, then we get into bed and there’s adults running up and down the hallway for about 20 minutes. Don’t know what they were doing. We could smell pot so heavily in our room. I tried to call the front desk. No one answered. We fell asleep. Woke up at 8:30 went to go have breakfast all the muffins down there were molded and there was hardly anything to eat. Understaffed with food for the amount of people you must’ve had in the hotel that night. We go to check out and they’re trying to charge us $44 extra for that extra time we asked if we could sleep in. The gentleman on the phone said no problem and then all of a sudden we’re getting checked out. He’s trying to charge us $44. So with that being said, I probably will never ever come to the hotel again between the bathroom being dirty, Mold on the food which I think I’m gonna call Better Business Bureau and the rudeness of the front desk was enough to turn me off not to mention the halls needed to be vacuumed. This is not the same hotel we used to stay at often. This is changed. I don’t know if they changed managers or what but it has changed dramatically. We were very unsatisfied. Thank you. I would rate this hotel too. I used to write it a five.

  Great hotel, great comfort, amazing breakfast, and even the pool is awesome, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for a nice hotel stay.

  I stayed one night but I couldn't sleep well because the AC furnace. To loud. Wake me up every time it start to work. Book up with time, I didn't do it, I came just one Tuesday to get a one bed room and didn't have it. I had to stay in a two beds room. The best thing is I get a discount. I said the location is not so great because all the museums are on the other side of Phoenix.

  First night, my room is a Suite! First room is the Coffee, microwave, and refrigerator with living room. 2nd room is the Bedroom and Bathroom with a Balcony. Breakfast runs from 6am-9:30am daily, large selection of breakfast items.
