  I stayed here for 5 day elk hunt. Rooms are above avg. but very clean. Can't say enough great things about the staff, super friendly and willing to help with any needs.

  Imagine this, right, you have a long day getting a flat tire. You're unable to get it repaired until the morning so you stop at the only hotel available for the night. It's a Best Western, you've never had an issue with a Best Western so you don't mind it. The room was $180 for a night on top of an incidental fee of $150. $330 later you park on the east side of the building and when you go to unlock the door with your room key it isn't working but the door's left unlocked so you walk in only to see countless gnats and mosquitoes surrounding a light fixture right outside your room. You walk into your room and step on a CENTIPEDE. You're grossed out and walk into the bathroom to see a dead cockroach next to the toilet. You then sit down on the chair next to your bed only to see a live CAMEL SPIDER crawling towards you from under the bed. You decide there are too many bugs and you go to the front desk to let them know you can't stay in that room and get attitude saying, "It couldn't have been UNDER the bed, there's blockers under the beds." THE POINT IS, THE BUGS ARE THERE. She claims there are no rooms left then says "Oh, I have one left" then angrily assigns you new keys and rolls her eyes when you ask her what side of the building it's on. You head towards your new room which is directly above the first room and see a cockroach on the steps on your way up. You walk into your room and look around, more bugs crawling and/or dead. You go back to the front desk and tell them you're leaving and would like a refund only to be refused outright because they need a manager's approval and given the excuse of "It's summer, with the heat and the humidity bugs are going to come in" once again with eye rolls and attitude. I understand with the weather there will be bugs, but there were not just live bugs. Some of them were dead and looked like they've been there awhile. How would this make you feel? The company states on their website that, "The health, welfare and safety of our guests, employees and hoteliers is paramount at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Best Western has always been an industry leader regarding cleanliness and well-maintained hotels. Noting this, our hotels have adopted thorough cleaning protocols focused on your well-being." We did not see that at all. The way we were treated and the experience we had just added weight on our shoulders that we didn't need after everything we'd already gone through that day.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We are in town for a funeral, and needed a place to stay. I suffer from asthma, so I needed a very clean hotel. Best Western in Snowflake is VERY CLEAN! Our son last night wanted some milk. I went down to ask the front desk about where to go in town to buy milk, and Michelle (the lady at the front desk) without hesitation went and got my son a cup of milk with a lid on it. Wow!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! The AC United worked amazing! And BREAKFAST - the VERY BEST I have had at any hotel! They WRAP every piece of break INDIVIDUALLY to keep fresh! EVERYTHING was FRESH! I am so grateful for this wonderful experience! The STAFF is GREAT! Thank you Michelle for being so KIND to us and the rest of your staff. I heard that General Manager gives a lot of attention to detail. I don't know who the General Manager is, but GREAT JOB!!!!

  Loud as hell did want to anything about. Never slept a wink for 150.00 They never answer the phone at the front desk. The carpet on the stairs is sticky like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.
