I genuinely look forward to seeing her in the mornings! She has a way of making everyone feel welcome and starting the day on a positive note. It's people like Jennifer who make a hotel stay feel extra special. She's a wonderful asset to the team!

In the days prior to my arrival, my schedule changed a number of times. Each time I spoke with someone onsite, they went above and beyond to help me navigate the changes to my reservation. When I finally arrived, exhausted and in need of a smile, Benny was there. The room was clean and cool, and met the brand standards. Unfortunately, time didn't permit me to enjoy the breakfast, but maybe next time I'm in the area.... Two notes to Management: 1- The motion activated exhaust fan in the bathroom is annoying. LOL 2- Benny for Employee of the Month!

The standout part of my stay was Jennifer at breakfast—she is pure sunshine, full of positive energy, and goes above and beyond for guests. As a business CEO, I recognize natural leadership when I see it. Jennifer displays all the key traits of a great hotel manager: excellent multitasking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service. I truly hope the hotel recognizes her potential and helps her advance in her career. As for the room, it was clean and spacious, but there is room for improvement. The AC kept shutting off during the night, leaving the room warm and disrupting my sleep. There was also a very strong chemical/Clorox smell when I checked in. I am leaving 5 stars because of Jennifer’s exceptional service, but I hope they fix these minor issues for my next visit.
