  Pownie at the desk was fantastic!! She was so helpful and friendly. She always had a smile on her face and went out of her way to help our group. The location is great, walking distance to a major grocery store and many different unique Show Low shops. Rooms were clean and spacious.

  We stayed here one night. The breakfast was great and when the pancake machine jammed the person fixed it right away. Lots to choose from especially for my picky children. The suite was spacious and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We will definitely stay here again!

  Some reviews mentioned renovated rooms but the room we were in was no different that what we stayed in 4 years ago. It’s a decent hotel with a good location along the highway. Bed was comfortable enough and the free breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve seen on my latest road trip. I think what makes this a 3 vs 5 for me is the price when compared to the aging musty smelling rooms. The AC wasn’t too reliable as for some reason it barely ran all night and the room got pretty warm—it basically cycles from very cold to very warm. I haven’t stayed anywhere else in Show Low so I can’t be sure if it’s better or worse than anywhere else in the area. I have chosen to stay here 3 or 4 times now because it’s less expensive and on our route.

  Its an ok place if you merely looking for a place to stay the night. Hallways had an unusual odor and were warm. Almost like no airflow. Room was clean and decent. Again, if you're looking for a place to simply sleep. Our stay was quiet.

  Came all the way from Wisconsin, choose this hotel because of the pool. Swim for one day, and the pool is closed for three days after for maintenance. The pool was drained all the way out and then filled back to half way on the third day, they extend the pool closure another day to fill it all the way, fine. They fill it a little bit more the 4th day, and once again stop filling it. Now on the 5th day of the pool closed and they once again filled it a little bit more and stopped. Ridiculous for all the kids and people wanting to swim. The only reason we choose this place. So if you are booking, and swimming is one of the main reasons for choosing this place, I would choose any where but here. Also had room service done on the 4th day of are stay, they didn’t change any of are sheets. Same sheets, same few stains that were there prior. Absolutely ridiculous. They do the least possible at this hotel, the only plus is the breakfast. That is it.
