- DDdeb4 days ago3.0Charge $15/nite to park. Thermostat locked in not ajustable. Window air unit broken n old looking. My room was to have a view of rock formation. Nope to very large bushes. No view. Complaining waste time e independently owned n operated. Discovered in arizona they are not up to normal holiday corporate standards. Think I'll give up my credit card n my member status. Will go Hilton instead

The king suite we booked was supposed to be a corner room, 2 windows with great views... our view is of the building next to us and a parking lot. The suite is pointless unless you need an extra bed. The tiny "room" off the bedroom is less than desirable. There is no use for it at all. We didnt even go in there. They need to do better with advertising and not promise things you dont get.

- TDTed DeppnerSep 18, 20261.0New. Pricy. They charge for parking even though it's not in a main thoroughfare and there's no traffic pressure. And there's an incidentals fee even when there are no in room incidentals, so it's really a protection fee in case you break or steal something. Would never have come had I known, and will never stay here again.
- DKDaryn KrulikSep 13, 20264.0Older building with some needed TLC in some places. We had a three foot Crack in our ceiling with chipping drywall. AC unit is on it's last leg and needs to be serviced or replaced. The biggest issue is the daily $15 parking fee. Every night there's at least 20 open spots. Assuming this is to keep area hikers from parking here. Easy fix, just give everyone a parking pass and tow anyone else. Good side, the staff was excellent! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Good location from many trails, shops and restaurants at a decent price.
