  The ONLY pro is location!!! So many problems with the rooms and service that are echoed by other reviewers. For the price…toilet and fireplace were broke when we arrived, toilet was fixed after we had to leave our room for half the day, fireplace never worked and nothing was done by management. Pool and poolside service was dismal, the pool wasn’t heated (65)and it was 80 degrees out and zero poolside food or beverage because it was the month of October…I had called specially on if the pool was in service and it was…just not heated

  We booked this resort expecting a luxury 5-star experience, but the customer service we received was shocking for a property of this tier. Due to extreme weather from a tropical storm system bringing heavy rain, flash flood risks, and unseasonably cold temperatures, we called ahead to request a courtesy cancellation or date modification. Rather than handling the situation with empathy or basic hospitality, the staff was dismissive, exceptionally rude, and argumentative on the phone. They refused to offer any reasonable flexibility or assistance, showing a complete lack of regard for guest safety, travel conditions, or basic goodwill. While the physical resort and grounds may look five-star on paper, the service culture and management attitude are bottom-tier. True luxury service is defined by how a management team handles unexpected challenges and treats its guests when things don't go according to plan. On that front, this resort failed completely. Save your money and stay somewhere that values hospitality over rigid profit extraction. We will not be returning, nor can we recommend this property to anyone expecting a true high-end hospitality experience.

  Came here after traveling across the country and had a pounding headache. Went straight to the gift shop looking for Tylenol and some guy was lurking around. I couldn’t find any Tylenol, but suddenly he sprang forward, throwing me his Welcome pitch and hustling me into his golf cart to get me to my room. Left without Tylenol. Charmed. Food is excellent but obscenely overpriced. Room looked like a Holiday Inn yet charged 10 times as much. Lady at the spa got snippy with me for no reason while making basic polite small talk. There are walking trails to explore for those of you looking to spend an afternoon being rugged without spending hundreds on a “tour” but nothing special. Won’t be going back.

  Very disappointed. About $1k/night which was fine when we booked it. However, incredibly disappointed when we walked into the room. Incredibly dated room. Oldest place we've ever stayed in (not on purpose). Felt like we were in a 1970's cabin where every door and cabinet creaked, nothing fit well and doors couldn't close with that musty smell. The worst was rain at night where water was leaking in the bedroom all night. I had to get up in the middle of the night to tie bath towels together to get the water to run down the towels from the curtain rod to the floor instead of dripping. The only thing management did was say sorry and not charge us the resort fee. Absolutely avoid this place.

  Doesn’t get better than this. Just wrapped up our honeymoon staying a few nights at Enchantment.. the pictures really don’t do it justice. Everywhere you turn there are stunning epic views of red rocks/mountains. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room so clean and comfortable. It is such a peaceful and relaxing place. You really can’t beat it for the price either. I’ve only ever seen this level quality across the board from hotels that are 2-3x the price per night. Can’t wait to return one day.
