  Very disappointing experience. I called the reservation number listed on the hotel’s website and specifically asked if there was a cancellation fee before booking 3 rooms. I was told there was no fee. After hanging up, I checked the confirmation email and saw a one-night cancellation penalty. I immediately called back and have now been on hold for about an hour with no real effort to resolve the issue. The lack of concern for the customer is unacceptable. I will be contacting my credit card company regarding the charges. I would not recommend this hotel.

  They say location is everything in hospitality, and while this place has it all, I truly feel what sets this place apart is the extraordinary staff. Mark at the front desk made such an amazing welcome showing us all the amazing amenities. They hotel has special access the the time share resort down the hill so you can use there clubhouse with indoor outdoor pools and game room, as well as gas grills and playground right by a beautiful creak. None of which I knew when I booked but made sure to enjoy while I was there. You can't find a better hotel in Sedona. As a Tempe resident I'll be back as soon as possible to enjoy another weekend getaway

  Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are extremely clean which is very important to me. There's a nice pool, there's a clubhouse. Staff was super helpful last night when we checked in. If I come back to Sedona I am 100%. Will stay here again

  We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We were also charged for both parking and early check-in, even though the hotel did not appear to be busy. The room had a beautiful view, but it also had a very strong smell of old, dirty carpet, which affected our comfort. I would like to recognize one gentleman on the staff who was exceptional. When our room key didn’t work, he noticed the problem before we even asked for help and kindly resolved it right away. He was the highlight of our stay. My husband and I have stayed at four different hotels in Sedona, and this was the only one where we had such a disappointing experience. We love visiting Sedona, but unfortunately we will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
