  Million-Dollar View… With a Motel Experience! We were booked at Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas in Sedona (main building) for nearly $1,000 for two nights in October 2026. The property is beautiful, and the views are absolutely BREATHTAKING! Unfortunately, the rooms were another story. Our first room smelled terribly musty and looked nothing like the website photos. Thankfully, Mark, the wonderful manager, moved us to another room. Much better smell, but still very dated, with old, stained carpeting. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't squeeze a French fry between the toilet and the door! 😂 Then came the great toilet paper crisis of 2026! At 1 a.m., we ran out, with no spare roll anywhere. I resorted to tissues until calling the front desk at 3 a.m. for an emergency delivery! The shower's body wash dispenser was also empty, so shampoo did double duty! On the bright side, breakfast was delicious, especially the egg frittata! Bottom line: Spectacular views, excellent location, delicious breakfast, and a wonderful manager. But for nearly $1,000, I expected much better accommodations. Essentially, a motel with a million-dollar view and a luxury hotel price tag! My advice? Bring your own toilet paper, body wash, and a sense of humor! 😂

  We were impressed with the location within walking distance to everything exciting in downtown Sedona and by the beautiful hotel grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and people we met on our stay said they loved the hotel.

  I was super excited about staying at this hotel. The pictures looked awesome! I walked in my room, it smelled like mold so bad, our eyes started watering and we started gagging. Carpet was damp, sticky and had stains all over it. The shower and towels had hair. The room was musty! We were so grossed out, we walked straight downstairs, got a refund and booked a different hotel! Again, the pictures are NOT what the rooms look like. Extra dirty! They instantly gave me a refund and didn’t ask a single question! They knew!!!!

  Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas was an ideal place to stay for my two-night Sedona adventure. Located on the edge of the tourist district, the hotel felt peaceful and slightly removed from the more touristy hubbub just a few blocks away, while still being within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the complimentary hot beverages and cold water available in the lobby. I stayed in the main hotel building, and my room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view of Sedona’s red rocks. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the private balcony with chairs and a small table was a wonderful place to enjoy the scenery. A self-service breakfast is included in a separate building, and I especially enjoyed the covered outdoor dining area. Parking near the hotel can be a little tight, but there is an overflow dirt lot nearby. The combination of location, comfort, beautiful views, and easy access to Uptown Sedona made this a great choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Start with the 4 stars, just slightly dated rooms and small bathrooms. No great issue as I don't make hotel reservations with the intention of staying in the room all day and night. 5 stars for the rest of my stay. Stunning balcony views, private pool which was pretty quiet each day we used it. No excessive noise front or back. Everything else you need within walking distance. No complaints at all during our stay.
