The property is very clean We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast, and is a pet friendly hotel. Great location and friendly staff. Will definitely come back and stay again next time we are in the area
Our stay at the Arabella was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel has a rich history — it was originally known as The King's Ransom Inn back in the 1960s, tied to Elvis Presley's era of Hollywood glamour in Sedona, and that legacy still gives the property real character. They currently have two pools and a jacuzzi, with an infinity pool and further expansion reportedly planned over the next couple of years.
The location is unbeatable — Tlaquepaque, the Pink Jeep Tour departure point, and restaurants like The Hudson were all within easy walking distance. We barely needed the rental car once we settled in.
Our room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely patio overlooking the Red Rocks. Breakfast each morning was a wonderful spread, and the lobby offered free coffee, herbal iced teas, and a small convenience store for snacks and toiletries — such a nice touch. There were daily activities happening around the property; we joined free stargazing in the back parking lot one evening, and on our last night, we treated ourselves to craniosacral healing massages with Cole Ray. I still don't know what magic he worked, but the effects were noticeable for days afterward.
On my birthday, we returned to the room to find a birthday card and a light dessert tray waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch that made the day feel even more special.
One of the most delightful surprises was the hotel's resident hummingbird colony — they were buzzing around everywhere we looked, adding this magical touch to an already beautiful property.
Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the pool area, was incredibly friendly and helpful — it set the tone for the whole stay.
A special shoutout to Patricia, the concierge, who made this trip come together. She reached out about two weeks before our arrival with excursion recommendations and encouraged us to book early since the popular activities fill up fast — great advice. She also shared a list of local restaurants within walking distance, which made planning so much easier. Every recommendation she made — the Pink Jeep Tour, the wine tour, Antelope Canyon — was excellent, and she personally handled our bookings. On my birthday, I got to thank her in person, and she wished me a happy birthday right back. At checkout, she wished us safe travels and even suggested ideas for a future girls' trip.
Between the hummingbirds, the Red Rocks views, the history, the walkability, the birthday surprise, and Patricia's white-glove service, we would absolutely stay here again.

First off...the bed is the star of this show!! Of course the views were stunning, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating...but the bed! It was so comfortable! It was the perfect amount of firm and soft all at the same time. And after a day of hiking, sightseeing, and the Arizona sun, this bed was pure relaxation! This hotel became my absolute favorite overnight! Would definitely recommend!

This is what customer service is all about! Our stay was exceptional! What makes this exceptional, is the staff. The staff is amazing! They were very friendly, accommodating, easy to get a hold of, and who went over their assigned duties to make things right. Ester in housekeeping was outstanding, she was very gracious and helped me carry my items to the lobby. She also made sure I was comfortable and had everything in my room. Honestly, it is rare to see this human behavior these days. The front desk staff and the concierge were excellent and attentive! The breakfast was outstanding; breakfast staff, very hardworking group, daily did an outstanding job! Kudos to them. My room was very nice and the beds were cozy and the AC worked great! I only recommend this hotel in Sedona and I will stay at no other. Arabella, I applaud you!! for making my stay exceptional!

We stayed here at the height of the summer, so having a comfortable place to stay in the summer heat was paramount. The rooms were clean and well taken care of, the service was wonderful and kind, and it was peaceful. 3 days of peace.
I would highly recommend this location, rooms come with a view if asked for, the view is basically as shown, but from a room facing west.
