We liked the Arabella, we had chosen a 1st floor because of not having an elevator, (being seniors & knee replacement) but our 1st floor room was noisy from above, loud foot steps & creaking & after three nights of little sleep we talked to management who were very accommodating & helped move us to the second floor. Much quieter. But we noticed that when you walk across the 2nd floor room it creaks. The trail behind the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was nice but food needs to be kept hotter. Pool area was nice & clean.

Great staff, wonderful rooms. We had an issue with the TV, but Ricardo got maintenance who was able to help get it resolved quickly. The hotel is in a nice location, and walking distance to a great shopping area, and you can even ride bikes over if you really wanted to. Also, the breakfast? Love it!

I booked this hotel and paid a premium price specifically for a Mountain View room. My husband went to pick up the keys while I was meeting my children who were coming from another state. This was supposed to be a beautiful family vacation and quality time together.
Instead, the receptionist gave my husband keys to a ground-floor room that opened directly onto a parking lot. It was worse than what you would expect from a cheap motel. When I went to complain, they blamed the third-party booking company, even though the reservation clearly stated “Mountain View.”
Despite this, they still did not give us the room we had booked. To make matters worse, both nights we stayed there, we heard constant walking and furniture moving from the room above us until almost 3 a.m. It completely ruined our holiday and our family time together.
The receptionist also failed to mention that complimentary tea and coffee were available, yet they still charged resort fees. I’m honestly not sure what kind of “resort” this was supposed to be.
Very disappointing experience. I would never recommend this place.

I try not to leave bad reviews as it could have been a on off but reading the other reviews it seems that this place used to be top notch but has declined. Location and the breakfast muffins were the only good things about this place. For the price paid this was a very disappointing stay. You can read the other reviews about the lack of sound proofing. It sounded like someone was stomping around upstairs. Also not sure what the resort fee is for. There isn’t a resort feel to this place. We booked through Expedia for a Mountain View and did not get the Mountain View which is what we paid the premium for. Expedia gave us some money back but it ruins the vibe of the trip and we would’ve just stayed somewhere else to begin with had we known that. Other reviews also mention booking view rooms and being given rooms without the promised views. The WiFi didn’t work and we mentioned it to the staff and nothing was done. Other reviews also mention unstable wifi. Luckily we didn’t have anyone that needed to work remotely. The bathroom fans are very loud. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Out room was just ok. We had a room overlooking the pool with a pretty good view of the surrounding amazing hills. Unfortunately one of the 3 mornings we were woken up around 5 or 6am by the pool cleaner and his pole banging on something that made too much noise. Also one evening my wife had a hard time getting to sleep because of adults making way too much noise at 11pm in the jaccusi. But their complementery breakfast made up for the negatives which both my wife and I thought was fantastic. Also we both enjoyed the bed which we both thought was the perfect hardness and the large amount of space in the room. We were in a room that had a slight hum the first night which I could not figure out where it was coming from but think it was a fan from the ajoining rooms bathroom fan. We were put at this hotel with a special package we bought from Hilton Vacations at a cost of around $125 a night. Looking online the rooms are advertised at a cost up to 3 times more. No way Jose would I pay that for this hotel.
