We expected a little more for the price we paid (over $220 per night for a very small room with double beds). The room was dusty with dirty floors. Our air conditioning wasn’t cooling when we got in the room, and the front desk clerk helped us reset it. It worked for one day and then went out again in the middle of the second night, leaving us overly warm when waking up the next morning. We were unable to move to a different room due to the hotel being fully booked. I also booked “2 double beds with view” and our view was unfortunately the side of the parking lot, not a red rock view. Previous reviews mentioned complementary breakfast but apparently that does not exist here anymore. The good parts were the location and closeness/walkability to a restaurant and wine bar. Free parking close to the room. The staff was kind and helpful, which is a huge plus. The pool is small but nice, and the gym/relaxation room are a nice touch. Overall, if I had the chance to book again, I would probably choose an Airbnb instead of this hotel. But if only in Sedona for one or two nights, it’s probably not the worst option.

Rooms are ok, though kind of small. The hallway carpeting should be cleaned. The “complimentary breakfast” is a ten percent discount coupon for the next door restaurant so that’s very misleading. Might as stay at a nicer hotel and get better amenities.

Great location, amazing views from the rooms and the pool. My daughter loved the pool and my husband loved the message chairs. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. If we go to Sedona again we will be staying here.

We were not impressed..pictures made it look nicer then it was..it was old, and small rooms..no microwave in the rooms..very over priced..Staff was great..No free breakfast, I had read there was..thats why we booked it..but when we got there they said they don't have it anymore..beds were ok ..the elevator wasnt working on the second floor, the pool was outside..no hot tub..and the massage chairs both did not work..it is going down hill..I do not recommend this place..we will not be coming back to it..There was alot of noise from the neighbors having a party too and we did not sleep well at all

This is a really nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. It has everything you need, including a pool, massage chair, and a fire pit. So what pray tell makes me take off three stars? The rooms have one of those old school alarm clocks built in. It was set for 6 AM, on the one day of this entire trip that we were supposed to sleep in. The hotel staff did not bother checking that when turning over the rooms I guess. The most obnoxious high-pitched alarm, that sounds like a smoke detector, jolting me awake. I spent three minutes trying to figure out how to turn it off, and I couldn’t unplug it because it was hardwired into the back of the bed or something, no visible access to the plug. So much for the one good night of sleep I was supposed to get on this trip. Note to hotel staff: if you’re gonna put alarm clocks in the room, make sure they are not set when guests arrive. We can set our own alarms. Please and thanks.
