  I don't think it matter what room you get once you step outside your just surrounded by a gorgeous view.

  NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED! AC DIDN'T COOL ROOM The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the rooms were quite small, they were also clean and well-maintained, so I can’t complain too much about that. There were a couple of downsides, however. Our room stayed very warm, even when we turned the AC down as low as possible. It was uncomfortable enough that we slept with only a sheet to avoid sweating during the night. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast situation. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because the listing stated that free breakfast was included. Upon arrival, I called to ask when and where breakfast was being served, only to be told that the hotel does not offer breakfast. Instead, they provide a 10% discount coupon for the Golden Goose restaurant next door. Unfortunately, the coupon didn’t help much. Breakfast at Golden Goose was just okay, and for a family of four, it was quite expensive even after the discount. Had I known there was no complimentary breakfast, I may have chosen a different hotel. Overall, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was great, but the misleading breakfast information and the warm room made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

  We stayed 4 nights. Bathroom cleanliness was discutable. When checking in, we were told that room cleaning is upon request...(must be the new norm). On the third morning I called the front desk in order to have our room cleaned up. Came back at 3:00 PM, the room was not cleaned up. No service at all! Not even a maid checking if we needed fresh towels or trash to be emptied. This is unacceptable! Went to the pool, no towels. Went to the front desk to ask for towels, was told they will bring some in 5 min. Left after 30 min without seeing anyone and still no towels. Location is convenient.

  We expected a little more for the price we paid (over $220 per night for a very small room with double beds). The room was dusty with dirty floors. Our air conditioning wasn’t cooling when we got in the room, and the front desk clerk helped us reset it. It worked for one day and then went out again in the middle of the second night, leaving us overly warm when waking up the next morning. We were unable to move to a different room due to the hotel being fully booked. I also booked “2 double beds with view” and our view was unfortunately the side of the parking lot, not a red rock view. Previous reviews mentioned complementary breakfast but apparently that does not exist here anymore. The good parts were the location and closeness/walkability to a restaurant and wine bar. Free parking close to the room. The staff was kind and helpful, which is a huge plus. The pool is small but nice, and the gym/relaxation room are a nice touch. Overall, if I had the chance to book again, I would probably choose an Airbnb instead of this hotel. But if only in Sedona for one or two nights, it’s probably not the worst option.
