  I was gifted with spending the day by the pool in a cabana & I had the most amazing server ever, Victoria! She was so sweet & absolutely amazing. I never had a warm drink, she made sure to let us know when our food was ready when we were enjoying the pool, & she made amazing recommendations for the food & drinks. She really made the day so much more enjoyable & relaxing. I’d give her a million stars if I could. ⭐️

  I have just returned home from one of the most incredible trips at Kimpton Miralina. While I did experience some hiccups, overall, this resort was truly wonderful & memorable. The resort is MASSIVE, and the walk from the lobby to my room took a few minutes; however, they did have golf carts to deliver your bags to the rooms. These are much needed in the Arizona heat. I had a basic King Room & let me tell you - it was far from basic. The room, just like the resort, was huge! There were multiple areas to sit and relax in addition to the bed. The bed itself was comfortable, and the linens were clean. Not one complaint. The television selections were slightly outdated compared to other Kimpton properties, but still workable. After a long day out in the sun, their rooms are perfect to come back to and cool off in the ice-cold AC. The highlight of this resort is clearly all of the amenities they offer. From the big things like the gorgeous pools to small things like the complimentary coffee bar, they have everything covered. There are multiple pools throughout the property, but I stuck around the Canyon Pools. The pool closest to the lobby was more of my vibe - it was quieter & deeper than the pool closest to CIMA Bar - plus it had a gorgeous waterfall. Servers frequently make their rounds to each chair and offer you the chance to order food while sunbathing. Much appreciated. All of the pools are open until 10 pm each night, which I took advantage of before going to bed. Unfortunately, I didn’t book any spa services during my short trip, but I definitely will if I return. At times, the lobby staff was very short with me, and it seemed like they weren't interested in helping. Check-in was rushed, and it was difficult to get extra items such as toothpaste & bandaids, but after that, everything else was great. The pool staff was wonderful, especially Jesse at the bar. He kept the drinks coming and was very nice. I also want to give a shout-out to the room service staff. After ordering, they called my room to let me know some items were unavailable. They made alternative suggestions, and quickly delivered. As for the food - I did not enjoy any meals at Hecho Libre or the Lobby Bar; however, I did order room service and enjoyed a couple of snacks at the pool. Portions are much smaller at the pool bar compared to room service, but all of the food I ate was equally delicious. My favorites were the super fresh Hummus & Chips and the juicy Carne Asada Quesadilla. I'm still drooling over these two items. Drinks were quite expensive at the bar, and for the portion sizes, they should've been cheaper. Thank you to everyone at the Kimpton who made my trip so memorable. I cannot wait to return on my next trip to the beautiful city of Scottsdale.

  I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful resort, and I’m so grateful I got to experience it while celebrating my mom’s birthday. A huge thank you to Mer, Rachel from the spa, Liz, and Amanda at the front desk for making our stay so special. Everyone went above and beyond. The views, the service, the spa treatments, the workout class with Centre by Jordan! and the cold plunge… everything was spectacular. The restaurant has officially become one of our favorites on earth. As locals, we’re so excited to keep coming back for more! It was such a special weekend celebrating my mom, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to do it. Thank you for taking such amazing care of us and for creating an experience we’ll never forget.

  I want to give a special shoutout to RJ and Soyla at the Kimpton. I arrived last week in the middle of an unexpected and stressful situation, needing somewhere to stay on very short notice. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind, calming, and understanding. They went beyond great customer service. They took the time to listen, showed genuine compassion, and made me feel welcomed and taken care of when I truly needed it. RJ and Soyla, thank you for going above and beyond. Your kindness made a difficult situation feel a little easier, and it did not go unnoticed. You are both wonderful examples of what exceptional hospitality should look like!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Kimpton! I want to take a moment to give a HUGE shoutout to Amanda, our waitress with the beautiful red hair and freckles, and RJ, the manager who truly does more than just his job—he embodies his position and goes above and beyond in every way! We had a few issues during our stay, but RJ handled everything with such humility, professionalism, and genuine care. He didn’t make excuses or make us feel like a problem—he simply listened, took action, and resolved our concerns without hesitation. That kind of customer service is truly a blessing and deserves to be recognized! And Amanda was absolutely wonderful! Her warmth, personality, and service added to the experience and made us feel welcomed. RJ, you are truly a blessing to Kimpton. People remember how you make them feel, and you definitely left a lasting impression on us. ❤️ I would be happy to share the word about Kimpton because of experiences like this, and I would absolutely love to visit again!
