The rooms were old and the hotel out is dated. It was under construction, which we were made aware of upon arrival. We had to enter our room through a side entrance/alley way. The rooms smelled musty and felt Motel 6 level. Had I known prior to booking, I would have chose a different hotel and they know this. Having concealed this information seems shady. Additionally, there was no breakfast which again is part of the reason I booked this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Disappointed and not what I expect from an IHG property.

If you love doing drugs (or smoking cigarettes) and can't be bothered to go outside to do them, and don't want anyone to bother you about it (despite stinking up the hallway and adjacent rooms with your residual smoke output), then this is the spot for you! Oh, and people should refuse to pay incidental fees. Hotels need to remember that they're in the hospitality business. Don't like the look or demeaner of the people renting your rooms? Choose another line of business to be in.

Worst Hiliday Inn Express. Hotel under renovations and No notice of renovation either online or thru holiday inn 800#. No coffee pots in room, No free breakfast only bag, only one elevator works and you have to walk to other end of hotel. Remote doesn't work on TV. 3rd floor icemaker doesn't work. Was not a good stay.

Don’t know if the renovation was planned or unplanned but because of this there was no breakfast and they had planned to turn off the water at 10:00 am. Also the room assigned to me were right next door to all the renovation rooms which had about 10 floor dryers in the hallway. Contrary to what the front desk told me it was not quiet. On the bright side with breakfast canceled was the Butterfield Pancake House recommendation right down the street.
