  Fantastic property -- amazing views, gorgeous landscape and landscaping. It's clear they take a ton of pride in the beauty of the place. Our room was excellent in every way. Food at the lobby bar, the pool, and at Proof was great; cocktails were especially good. Pool was lovely, great cabanas. Very well appointed gym. Fantastic spa. And the staff was so genuinely kind and helpful.

  The lowest score possible was for the in room dining experience which was historically bad. I ordered three items: Caesar salad, margarita pizza, bowl of berries. The salad was a few pieces of lettuce with store bought dressing poured on mercilessly together with a pile of grated cheese, and the pizza was a tiny round of slightly reheated freezer pizza. Awful. Disgusting. Inedible. Total charge = $75. Order at your own risk.

  5/5 STARS, As a 34M+ views GLG Reviewer, My wife and I spent 7 days traveling throughout Arizona, visiting Phoenix, Page, the Grand Canyon, Scottsdale, and several other areas. For the final night of our vacation, we stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North while celebrating our third wedding anniversary, and I cannot think of a better way we could have ended our trip! Before arriving, I worked directly with Deb S. to coordinate our reservation and room arrangements, and she took extremely good care of us. That same level of service continued from the minute we pulled up! Clayton welcomed us at our car, offered to take our keys, and immediately made us feel comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was also phenomenal. He helped us select our room, created our wooden room keys, provided a pocket map, and explained where the restaurants, pools, and our casita were located. One of my FAVORITE things about this resort is the layout! Instead of one massive hotel building with hundreds of rooms and long hallways, the accommodations are spread throughout the property in separate casita-style buildings. I absolutely prefer this type of resort. It provides much more privacy and allows you to actually experience the Arizona environment. Walking around the property, we saw beautiful cactus, desert plants, birds, wildlife, and incredible scenery. The architecture and landscaping feel like they are actually part of the Sonoran Desert rather than simply having a hotel built on top of it. Unfortunately, that evening I was having some stomach issues and wasn’t feeling well enough to go out for dinner. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating and allowed my wife to order a nice meal and bring it back to our room. I really appreciated their flexibility and level of service! The following morning, we ordered breakfast through In-Casita Dining, and this was probably our FAVORITE part of the stay. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! The eggs were extremely light and fluffy and cooked perfectly. The potatoes had an amazing layered, almost au-gratin-style texture and were probably my favorite part. We also ordered oatmeal with berries, hot black coffee, and several teas. Everything arrived at our door fresh and at the perfect temperature. This was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had! What made it even better was taking everything outside and having breakfast together on our private balcony. If you stay here, I HIGHLY recommend doing this at least once! Sitting outside in the morning with our coffee and breakfast surrounded by the Arizona desert was incredibly peaceful. Within about 10 feet of our balcony, we saw around five different species of local Arizona birds! After seven days exploring Arizona, something as simple as having breakfast together and watching the wildlife ended up being one of the highlights of our entire vacation. There was only one issue during our stay. We were in Room 712, and the air conditioning had difficulty keeping up with the Arizona heat. It was around 91°F outside, and despite setting the thermostat to 68°F, our room generally remained around 73°F. I personally prefer a colder room when sleeping, so I would recommend the resort inspect the system in Room 712. However, this was a relatively small issue compared with everything else we experienced. Overall, this was absolutely a 5 out of 5 star experience! The casita layout, Sonoran Desert landscaping, privacy, wildlife, food quality, and especially the customer service made this an incredible place to finish our Arizona vacation. Most importantly, the PEOPLE made the experience. From Deb helping coordinate our anniversary stay, to Clayton welcoming us, to the front desk and restaurant teams taking care of us, we consistently felt welcomed. We only stayed for one night, but when it was time to leave, both my wife and I wished we had booked another! Beautiful property, incredible food, wonderful people, and an absolutely memorable way to end our third-anniversary trip through Arizona!

  The highlight of the entire trip was the service: both professional and genuinely personable with every staff member we encountered. We were never told 'No' but instead were offered alternative solutions to our ask. We did not have one bad bite of food at Proof (thanks Michael). The poolside team was attentive and friendly (s/o Race + Colton). The room was clean. Massage was fantastic (thanks Art). Coffees were excellent. We were celebrating a special occasion and they went above and beyond on making it feel special. It's the perfect resort to just relax. Property comments: Lobby and bar are eh. Hotel is very isolated (we knew this going in) but ubers were tough to get. Pool set up and views are fantastic. Gym is solid.

  I love this place. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful/luxurious feeling stay. The service is top tier, and so is the food. Not to mention it is all available 24 hours a day, which you can't say about a lot of other hotels. I have to give a special shout out to the night time room service guy named Elijah. We are here on a business trip, but it has also felt like a great vacation because of this amazing resort we've had the pleasure of staying at.
