- KAKaptain America2 days ago1.0This place is ridiculous, my first room the a/c didn’t work, filters were absolutely disgusting, and the water pressure is a joke, room 2 door wouldnt latch, room 3 the light behind the mirror intermittently goes on and off like a strobe light. Then they tell me the breakfast is not free for guests (its an additional $12 and is your typical hotel free breakfast w soggy microwaved bacon,powdered eggs, and waffles. The place itself is in an industrial park & next to a ketamine treatment center. Absolutely not impressed with any part of this.

They also promised to return our security deposit, but that never happened. It's a shame because the room itself was decent. Just be aware of the breakfast situation and potential deposit issues.

I’ve never seen anything this gross in any hotel, ever. It’s very clear that Best Western takes no pride in this hotel. I only stayed one night, then transferred to the Hilton Garden Inn, which is hands-down, a far superior building.

The bartenders Dan and Rob were so nice. I missed my flight and they made it a priority to help me regroup, extend my room and rental. These two are too kind! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
- JLJ LonerganMay 25, 20265.0Stayed here the other week. Rooms are clean and nice. The front desk staff was professional. The hallway carpets look dirty and definitely need cleaning. Having to pay extra for a breakfast is ridiculous. Having the person in front of me only paying 50$ deposit and then I had to pay 150$ deposit for 1 night was outrageous and not sure what the deal with that is. Would I stay here again? Possibly.
