  For our visit to North Scottsdale this is our place to stay! Very nice rooms. Restaurant and bar that’s open every night. There’s even a freezer full of things to eat in case you don’t want to go out. Great value for the area!

  I have enjoyed this hotel but the customer service experience I recently had was atrocious. I am a platinum rewards member and decided to extend a stay using my points. Shortly after arranging that with the front desk, I received bad news about a family emergency had had to leave town immediately. I asked them to cancel the room. The front desk had no idea how to handle this, and directed me, during a crisis, to call customer service. I was crying and left the hotel sometime between 1:30 and 1:45. They could have just treated this as a late checkout on my original reservation, since normal checkout is at 12, but chose not to. Corporate customer service later confirmed that the hotel did not cancel the room as requested and Best Western customer support refused to assist any further. The points are lost due to the fact that they front desk did not know how to handle the situation and did not cancel the stay. So much for compassion from this Hotel and Corporate. I tried calling for the GM of the property, and was told her name was Samantha, but that she doesn't have a phone number to be reached at. Very convenient, and unprofessional. I have an email and I will update this review if Samantha tries to assist me further with an appropriate resolution.

  My favorite hotel in Scottsdale ! 5 stars across the board. This place has everything from the location and being right of the 101 and Shea to the cleanliness of the entire property including the lobby, pool area, bar and first class rooms. I love the fact that after a long day out in the heat seeing customers, I can pop in to the bar and see familiar faces. Rob, the bar/ restaurant manager, always goes above and beyond with friendly and exceptional service ! I have truly never been to a hotel where I felt so welcomed by the entire staff . I always look forward to coming here when I’m in town for business or pleasure. Highly recommend !!

  I have lived/worked in 41 states and never have I ever had to pay for breakfast, not even at the higher hotels. So, make sure you read the fine print, if there is any, Breakfast is not free and very expensive. I'm guessing my apple and half cup of coffee will cost $10.99 that was posted in chalk at my knees when I walked in, seriously. The king suite private patio was decent. It's design is very narrow set up and the lighting was very poorly located. The bed was ok comfortable. If I had to do it over again, I would pass on this property. There are much better ones for the same price that offer more and have FREE breakfast.

  We had a great stay at The Aiden in Scottsdale. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Rob at the bar really made our stay more memorable with his friendly service and the best Old Fashioned I've had in a while. If you’re in the mood for an Old Fashioned, make sure to ask for Rob. He’s fantastic!
