  Our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible the bathrooms were half ass cleaned the breakfast that they advertised was absolute trash nothing about that food was real and to top it off not only did my room but also my sons room have sewer roaches and who ever the lady was the was working Saturday night offered my daughter in law a fly swatter for the roaches and then had the audacity to lie and say Safford had a storm instead of just owning that the establishment is nasty do not recommend any one stay there

  Room was clean. Service was terrible. Paid on arrival only to be told on check-out that they had made a mistake and charged me a much higher price for the room. Nothing they could do a out it as they had already changed the amount they had charged my card and had a receipt ready to hand me. One staff sitting behind the desk not involved in checking me out seemed to enjoy the fact that I had to pay a lot more and there was nothing they could do about it. Would avoid this place unless you like surprise costs appearing on your credit card.

  This is a nice Best Western in rural Arizona, a pleasant surprise for an exterior that looks motel-like. The rooms are very clean and sufficiently spacious, the breakfast is adequate, and they have an adorable little pool. I’m picky when it comes to hotels, but this really is a nice place to stay.

  This is an older property and please do not judge a book by it's cover. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

  This is easily the best hotel in Safford. I stay at the Best Western Desert Inn every time I’m in town and have always had a great experience. The rooms are recently updated, clean, and well maintained, and the staff consistently provides excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located, which makes traveling much easier. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping the property in top shape. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Safford for business or leisure.
