Our rooms faced a brick wall 3 feet from window. Skip Expedia. We talked to agent who pretended to work directly for hotel. The hotel uses them on their direct website posing as the hotel number directly. We had the person put in notes that we wanted 1st or 2nd floor only facing the street specially for the view. The desk clerk did nothing to accommodate or discount. The front clerk said that Expedia tricks people like that even though it's directly on their page as contact details.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Whiskey Row. Rooms were really quirky with a cowboy feel which looked great. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Had a great night in the Speakeasy with amazing band playing a great selection of drinks. Perfect spot to enjoy the best of Prescott

Great staff, friendly and amenable. Fun old time style room, but with modern amenities. I actually love a hotel i can walk the stairs to my room but the 100 year old elevator is fun too. The shower is a bit weak but its easy to overlook for everything else that was great for the price.

Room was clean and renovations were a perfect mix of keeping the historic building while upgrading fixtures. Friendly staff and great location for people wanting to visit downtown Prescott. The only downsides were the window AC as it was pretty noisy, bathroom had no AC, and doors have to be shut pretty hard to be closed.
