  Housekeeping seemed to forget to sweep under the bed. The sink in room 107 is loose and could fall off the wall.

  I have been a guest at SureStay at least 4 or 5 times. The team is really great, and I can only thank each and every one them : Felix, Yvette and Jesse, for their kindness and patience. Felix is just a sweet guy, that I've known over the years.Always in a good mood, always funny. There is only this girl that seems to be never in a good mood, making me feel uncomfortable even to ask any simple question. Hospitality business is definetly not her kind of business. It's has been always like this. The rooms are nice, spacious, with everything that I need: a microwave and a fridge. The a/c works just fine, there's a desk for a laptop, chair, a sofa, TV, you could'nt ask for more. The location is very good, and within 7 minutes you have a small walmart, a dollar tree, ross, mc donad's, cvs. Perfect. There's a vending machine with everything you might crave during the night, as well as washing machine, dryer and ice machine. Also a pool, for those who like to enjoy the high temperatures in Phoenix. That's all folks. It's worth staying at SureStay for sure!

  I did not personally stay at this location nor have I ever stayed at this hotel, however, I did meet a family member that came in town who booked her reservation and stayed there during her visit. I have three little girl dogs that came along with me and we just walked around the property and enjoyed the doggy grass areas! My girls were enjoying it so much that they could not stop scuffing in the grass lol it was very quiet and peaceful when to be honest, I was expecting it to be the opposite. Only because I've had a lot of negative experiences with hotels that have their door access on the exterior of the building. Whoever is taking care of the exterior of the location is doing a fantastic job and deserves to be acknowledged. To whomever that may be, you're doing a great job and I hope that you continue to thrive in your life and future.

  Medicare really. Arrived at around 10:30pm, was given card keys, went to the room and they didn't work. Went back to the desk, he recoded them. Again, they didn't work, so we where assigned a different room. Room was clean and formal. We did not use anything like the fridge or microwave so we can't speak on that. The pool was closed. The free breakfast consisted of either toast/English muffin/bagel, waffles, yogurt or cereal with absolutely terrible coffee or juice and maybe an apple. Not a real quiet place to stay. People where constantly coming and going and talking, with little respect for others, though that isn't the hotels fault, it seems to be the demographic of folks staying there. The air conditioner unit sounded like a semi truck rolling by every time it kicked on. I wouldn't stay here again, but I guess it works in a pinch.

  Muy mal servicio sobre todo la gente de front desk 👎 housekeeping no dan servicio esta semana q estuvimos tuvimos que pedir varias veces el servicio, llegando no había café ni papel Y desde el domingo hasta hoy jueves pusieron café y papel y cambiaron toallas, el desayuno de los más pobre que he visto no recomiendo este lugar
