  Wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to help us. Rooms were very clean and the airport shuttle was super convenient. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Phoenix.

  I stay at this motel every time I need to fly out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. It was nice and quiet, the room was clean and stocked and the customer service was excellent as well.

  We stayed here because our flight was cancelled until the next morning. Horribly stinky. The water smelled like sewage. The people upstairs stood outside on the balcony until 3am shouting with children & babies crying loudly while stomping around. I had to call the lobby to tattle and it stopped for a while, then started again. The sheets were stiff & scratchy. The bed pillows are all throw-pillow size wrapped in queen size pillowcases. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

  This place has been “updated” but it’s NOT a hotel. It’s a classic motel. Clean rooms but our room (201) struggled to stay cool. The plugs didn’t hold cords very well and some didn’t work. If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay awaiting a flight it’s okay. It’s an inner city motel and all that intel’s. The staff seems to keep the property secure.

  One of the smoothest trips to the airport I've ever had. Their shuttles were timely and professional. Very clean facilities and no surprise mention of a security deposit at check in. One of my better experiences for a hundred dollar room. I will be coming here for all my future phoenix international airport business. ( Positive criticism: once they get the weather sealing replaced around the doors, i would consider the rooms 100% perfect. The weather is so hot.The a/c unit has to work really hard to keep the hot air coming from under the door)
