I was moved to room #305 where there was NO phone, the room was HOT and my bags were still in room #205. This is at 8:30 at night after being at the hospital where my husband had been having surgery. The desk man (Jaba) was very considerate and moved me to room#107. One more trip to the front desk because the bathroom door was lo ked

We ended up having to sleep in another room then next morning had to wait for management to find us another king size room and had to move all our stuff for a 3rd time. It ruined our morning and delayed our beginning of our planned vacation. The day we checked out which was today 6/21/2026, we kindly asked the MOD who was Rafael for some sort of discount for the inconvenience we had experienced. He was very unprofessional and not kind at all. Which really surprised us due to every other employee being very kind the entire trip. I understand he didnt “have to” accommodate us with a discount but we figured we would ask. He was simply not nice and had his arms crossed with a horrible attitude the entire time. He was also very rude to us at the breakfast area; and would simply like to give feedback to any higher management about this. He very much made our experience an odd and not very pleasant one. His attitude is very unprofessional and makes it seem like we are in his way. Not at all a good experience because of Rafael. Just thought you all should know.
