It was a very long and difficult day. We arrived to this Holiday Inn for a restful evening, we get to our room and it was 85 degrees. We were told it would be cool by 7pm so we waited. It is now10:30 and it is still 85 degrees. If it weren't for Crystal at the front desk we would have been furious, but she is awesome and very calming effect as well as helping to make things as good as she could. Thank you Crystal!

My airline booked this place due to a missed connection. Walked in room was dirty and smelled like smoke. I told the girl at the front desk- it was like no big deal. I slept from 7 PM until 4:30 AM. Only used the room to sleep until my flight the next morning. I am not a smoker, never have been. I was charged a hefty fee for a smoking incident. Keep in mind I notified the front desk about the room already smelling like an ash tray- nothing was done about it. Let alone, I’m not a smoker, but I was just spending a quick night there until my flight the next morning, so I let it go, until I saw I was charged.I called the front desk to dispute it. The lady at the front desk was nothing but rude and unresponsive, and said some choice words to me. do not stay here this place is a scam I have searched through reviews and can see a pattern of fraudulent smoking charges being conducted through this specific location. Clearly something needs to be done about this. I won’t be the one to let this go.

The rooms are old fashion , the front desk is not friendly conversation is short , and rude . They don't offer free parking even if you have a room you have to pay 15 a night , no free breakfast, and a 250 incidental . I will never stay at this location again .

Very conveniently located on I-10 which made it a great stop on our cross-country trip. The area seemed safe enough - my dog and I walked around at 4AM and didn't see many people out doing crimes. The attached restaurant was very delicious, but check the hours since it isn't open all the time. The part I wasn't expecting was the little interior village area. My dog seemed to enjoy the real grass and other flora, and the landscaping was very well done. The room was clean and spacious though a little dated with a hint of cigarette. I had no issues with noisy streets during our brief stay.
