  SAYED at the front desk was superb! We were sent vouchers by American Airlines to stay at this hotel because our flight was delayed. Sayed greeted us with a smile while fielding calls from other guests who were waiting at the airport. He was professional when checking us in and even supplied us with a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. There were several people in line waiting to be helped but he was able to successfully multi task checking in visitors and answering the phone.The rooms are clean and the hotel is conveniently located a few miles from the airport. Free shuttle included!

  Rooms are nice. Looks like the rooms were recently remodeled. There's still a few outstanding issues, like half the outlets in the bathroom won't accept plugs and the bathroom door isn't level and swings shut by itself rather forcefully. The shuttle only runs every 30 minutes from the airport. If I had known that, I would simply have ubered over instead of waiting for the shuttle. Chat feature in the app is nice but only if the front desk actually answers. I tried chatting at first to find out where to meet the shuttle at the airport but then had to call to get that information. When the shuttle finally did come, I looked for the shuttle with the writing on it that I was told to look for by the front desk and it ended up being the shuttle for a different holiday inn. So then I ended up ubering over anyway. The front desk was not helpful at all in regarding the shuttle. No complimentary water was offered upon checkin for gold members. Overall, not a great start to my stay. No free Continental breakfast. The AC in my room works VERY well, which makes up for a lot.

  The room overall was good, location was perfect! Service sometimes wasn’t the best. Checked out and front desk said I was checked out. Kept getting text messages saying I wasn’t checked out yet and I needed the app to do it, have no idea what the front desk did then if I wasn’t actually checked out. The TV in the room was headache inducing. The software on it was locked so Netflix and YouTube on the remote didn’t work. HDMI ports on it were disabled so I couldn’t even connect or cast anything from a tablet or laptop, so only cable. Cable signal was bad and caused the picture quality to flash and glitch often having me turn the TV off. Advertising in the elevators had events back in January on it, about 6 months ago. I like Holiday Inns but wouldn’t come back to this one. Especially not being able to watch TV properly and not checking me out properly, it’s worth trying a different Holiday Inn.

  Stayed here after our flight back home got delayed. We have only flown on a plane 3 times and have never had a delay. We went from anxious and panicking to relaxed and at home by the time we got here. The front desk staff - particularly Ethan - has been nothing but accommodating and extremely helpful. He explained exactly how the shuttles worked and offered to hold our bags for us post-checkout so we'd get the opportunity to check out the Desert Botanical Garden, make our way back to the hotel, and take the shuttle straight to the airport as we have a late flight tonight. We started with a terrible experience, and the staff and rooms here (the beds are some of the best you'll find) made us feel like we were being taken care of, above and beyond what we expected. The lobby also has an awesome general store - including sunscreen for us pasty midwesterners. If you have to, stay here. Enjoy the bar, get the breakfast buffet, and have a great nights sleep.

  Room smelt like sewage. Bed and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Staff was unapproachable and awkward... Not to mention not very diverse. Owner seems to only hire a certain demographic of people - that don't seem aware they're job is customer service. I'm pregnant and was denied a plate and silverware so I could make a salad in my room, even though they were sitting out in the open in the dining room. They charge you extra for breakfast even though it's supposed to be free, then even more if you want more than a shot glass size of OJ with your breakfast. Then they ask you to "tip your servers" even though it's a self serve breakfast buffet, lol. Pool is tiny with kiddy sprinklers in it. Security guard was rude to us when we were joking in the elevator about being denied a plate and silverware. Such bad vibes at this hotel... spend your money elsewhere, where they actually care about hospitality. They charge an extra 150$ deposit that they said would be refunded in a couple days but we're going on day 5 now and I haven't gotten refunded. I've never had such problems at a holiday inn. This one was really bad.
