- JJJake1 day ago1.0Terrible. No parking. Very entitled hotel for how crappy it is.
- RSRussell SappOct 1, 20265.0This is a perfect way to make sure you get to the airport safely, especially if flying the next day early in the morning. Spend the night in a comfy, clean room, get a wakeup call, grab something to munch on, catch the shuttle to the airport and you're on your way. Pay for long or short term parking that is behind the Hotel, catch the shuttle when leaving and when you get back, just call the front desk once you arrive and the shuttle will come, pick you up and drop you off at your vehicle. Everyone we had contact with was helpful, courteous and professional. Outstanding !
- WKWilliam KilbySep 23, 20261.0Beds are hard as a rock. Furniture very uncomfortable. Smelled of paint. Humid. Desk phone and wake up call did not work. No manager on duty. Run. Too many other options. Maintenance staff was quick but the phone issue was beyond his scope.
- SCSteffanie CarrierSep 20, 20261.0The guest laundry has 1 washer and 1 dryer. No instructions posted. The washer is $1.75-$2.25 (quarters)which is fine but there is no explanation about the dryer. The dryer only takes tokens when the washer takes quarters, again no explanation/instructions about this. The dryer is $3.25 per token. I will never stay here again. The staff are very unhelpful.
- TBTom BSep 12, 20264.0One of the cleaner Holiday Inns around the Phoenix area. Other than the terrible service at the bar, all the other staff are very friendly and helpful.
