  we checked in at 10pm had dinner and went up to our room to sleep and had to checkout at 8am to go to sedona. when we walked into the room the carpet was soaking wet to the point that you could see the water on the carpet. there was a leak from the bathroom. we were too tired to change rooms so we went to bed and as we were checking out at 8:30 am told the front desk staff and asked for a compensation. she was very nice but said she had to check with her manager that was sitting in back office. she came back and said that he will take $25 off our dinner bill. The manager's name was Kianu. he didnt even come out to the front desk for minimal amount of customer service to apolegize for the inconveniance. also there was no coffee being sold or served in the morning. I would stay away from this property.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They charged me $100 for allegedly smoking in the room after the smoke alarm went off, but I do not smoke. I was ironing at the time, and the steam from the iron triggered the alarm. I explained what happened, but they ignored my explanation and charged me anyway. It was unfair to assume I was smoking simply because the alarm went off. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and how this situation was handled.

  Nice hotel. Rooms are clean with no physical cosmetic marks. Beds are comfy. Overall a good stay. Breakfast was a bit of a kerfuffle tho, was waiting outside door before 6am when opens - then when doors opened host/waiter seemed confused with breafast tickets. Explained was on a bit of time constraint as bus was leaving at 6:45 am. Others, who had arrived later, received their food before ours came after 6:35 am, so had to rush to shovel down before running to bus. Breakfast was made to order with eggs, bacon or sausage, toast and fruit or potatoes, and was good.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent, the hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Iesha, who was truly the best! She was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her warm attitude and genuine hospitality made a big difference and really stood out during my stay. It’s employees like Iesha who make guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She deserves recognition for the amazing job she does! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer service. Thank you, Iesha, for making my experience so great! 🙌🏽✨

  I REALLY wanted to give this one a 5-star review. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, everything seemed like it was going to be great. We booked the “Park Stay and Fly” to give us covered, secured parking while we were out of town. We needed an additional day of parking and we were informed that it was $14, however, on the website it is $5 per additional day. The front desk associate immediately flipped from warm and friendly to dismissive and short with me when I tried to show her the website. On top of that, we had issues getting out of the garage because the person who checked us in did not add the additional day onto the pass, which we paid the full $14 for. I went ahead and attached the policy that is listed on the website. TRAVELERS BEWARE OF THE TRAP!!! I’d find another hotel with this program, these guys were shady when conflicting policies were brought to the their attention, that’s not good business.
