  Easy to get there, friendly and helpful staff, staff texted me and asked if my room was good or if there us anything I needed. Safe, you can not go up without a card. Cold water every where.

  This old girl is showing its age. Some electrical outlets do not work. Be sure to bring extension cords. Restaurant moves at glacial speeds. Parking discount is a convoluted mess. Good for an overnight for travelers thru Sky Harbor. Little else.

  We arrived at Phoenix Sky Harbor at 2am and getting to the hotel was easy and convenient because of their complimentary 24 hour shuttle service. Angie at the Front Desk checked us in. She was very kind and friendly. We were tired after the long delayed flight but Angie was very efficient but most importantly, very welcoming. She was great and we appreciate her very much. We had breakfast at The Post Restaurant and enjoyed the many choices on their menu. The restaurant was bright and clean and our server Lucy, was very nice and very helpful. Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was relaxing. Our room was quiet and clean. The hotel lobby was welcoming and everyone at the front desk - Melinda, Julian and Oceana were very nice and accommodating. Checking out was fast and easy and taking the free PHX Sky Train to the airport was very convenient. We're not sure why there are few bad reviews, but we definitely recommend this Hotel especially if you're landing in PHX - the surrounding is not sketchy at all as some reviews state.

  Got here to try and book a room and it says online theres plenty of rooms to rent but the black lady at the front desk claimed that there's no rooms left to rent and then kicked us out off property. Turning our money away with distasteful body language and lies!!!! That lady should be fired!!!! Turning away business apparently because we aren't considered "high class people" that's discrimination!!! Apparently this hotel only allows "high class" to rent rooms here. This is straight bullshit!!!! Anyone who rents a room here is supporting discrimination against anyone who isn't considered "high class"!!! If you don't walk in with a suit and tie accessorized with a Rolex, you're gonna get lied to and then kicked out because they don't want your money otherwise.

  夜PHXに到着後シャトルバスを待ちましたが５０分くらい待たされました。チェックインの際に確認すると３０分に１本運行されるとのこと。５０分程度待たされたのは不思議な感じがしています。 翌朝シャトルバスで空港に戻りましたが、バスが発車してすぐに ホテルの前に路面電車の様なモノの駅があることに気がつきました。後ほどAI等でも確認しましたが、PHX Sky Train（無料）というものが第４ターミナル（アメリカン航空発着）から出ている 完全無料の自動運転シャトルがあって、ホテルの目の前の「44th St/Washington Station 」まで運行されているとのこと。 各自ご確認とご判断が必要ですが、PHX Sky Trainを検討されることが良い場合も多いかと思います（特に空港からの移動、ホテル→空港はバスで良いかと思います。３０分間隔で動いていました） ホテルのの部屋は全体的に設備が古い感じがしました。部屋にはアイロンがありましたが、スチームを噴射すると黒い汚れがスチームと共に噴射されました。使用時には注意が必要。また、部屋の一部がUpdateされていましたが、机の電源が接触不良か給電出来ず、さらに洗面台の止水栓が開かなくなるなど、設備には不具合が多かったです（電源は他の場所を使用、止水栓が開かなくても隙間から水は抜けては行きましたが・・・）
