  When we got to our room, there were no bath towels in our room. Housekeeping was in the hallway, so I asked for bath towels, and explained that there were none in our room. Instead of just handing over 2 bath towels, she decided that she needed to see for herself. After inspecting our bathroom and seeing no towels, then she handed them over to me. We went out that evening, and returned very late. We go to get in the bed, and see blood stains on the top sheet. I immediately take the top sheet off and put it on the floor. If I saw the blood stains, then clearly housekeeping saw them as well, but still decided to put them on the bed. Breakfast was also disappointing. Both the pancake and waffle machines were not working correctly, because we tried both of them and both times, the pancakes and waffles came out RAW. As a Best Western Diamond Select member, we stay at BW properties often and have never had such a horrible experience. Would not recommend this property.

  The location is awesome. Happy valley has a ton of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were great, front desk (Ankit) was super friendly and helpful. I had several Walmart& Amazon deliveries made as well as Uber Eats - never any issues. Breakfast was hit or miss. The woman cook (Rosemary) was super friendly and says good morning and her food was sooo good but the gentleman cooks don’t talk and their food is either undercooked or gross. Breakfast starts at 6 but you’ll wait until 625 for the hot food to actually come out. Cool coffee machine, serves espresso too. The coffee tastes good, didn’t try the espresso. Gave safe vibes, I didn’t use the pool. There were ppl smoking out on the pool deck everyday I was passing it. Overall very updated and clean facility. I think they might have some unfortunate water/trap issues. When you first walk in the first thing you smell is a strong sulfur smell and it’s very similar to grease or water trap issues. Also near the ice machine and in the bathroom in my room. Shower smells like it. The room was cleaned and restocked daily. Very very clean.

  Great place to stay at a reasonable price! Wonderful, friendly customer service from the front desk to the breakfast and cleaning crew. Hopefully next time we stay, they would provide us with 4 bath towels and 2 plastic cups since we're a couple. They serve full breakfast buffet daily included in our room price. We appreciate it's room amenities which include free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash soap. Our mornings here were wonderful thanks to Rosemary's fantastic breakfast buffet every single time she works here. Her kindness, warm hospitality and hard work made us look forward to breakfast every morning. Excellent service! It would really be great if their coffee was a bit stronger, if they would provide coffee cup sleeves for our hot coffee and paper plates instead of styrofoam. Thank you Everyone!!!🙏🙏
