  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I stayed here for two nights, and after visiting many hotels around the Happy Valley area, I can confidently say this is one of the best choices. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their service made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh, clean, and well organized, with a great variety of options to start the day. The dining area was spotless, and the food was consistently replenished. The hotel itself is very well maintained. The exterior, lobby, hallways, and guest rooms were all exceptionally clean, and I didn't notice any issues with cleanliness during my stay. The room was also surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unpack. The room had everything a traveler could need, including comfortable bedding, ample storage space, reliable Wi-Fi, and all the essential amenities. It was obvious that the hotel pays attention to the details that make a stay comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being right next to a shopping center made everything incredibly convenient. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops were all within easy walking distance, so I never had to go far for anything. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and supported by an excellent staff, it made my stay in Happy Valley a very enjoyable one. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  An excellent hotel with an outstanding staff! We would especially like to mention Ankit at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. He helped us with all of our questions and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The hotel and the rooms have everything you need, even for a long-term stay. There are laundry facilities on-site, and each room has a small kitchenette equipped with everything necessary.

  My stay at best westin for 10 days with my family was absolutely amazing! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what really made my experience outstanding was the front desk staff. Ankit, the guy at the front desk is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a great attitude. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you so much best westin for the welcoming and support in all my stay!. I really appreciated his excellent service — it made me feel right at home. Whenever I come back to the area, this Best westin will definitely be my first choice!

  This place was so rude from the second we got there,I took my family and left. I have a service animal and these people acted like we didn't belong there. They were so disrespectful to my wife also. Really disappointed in Best Western. They have always been so kind and professional in the past. Sad because in our time of need due to a water issue at home we had to seek a different place to rest and shower.
