    The Best Hotel i have ever stayed at. I feel like I am home when I stay here. The employees make me feel like I am family. I remember being away for almost a yr and when I came back they greeted me by my name. No place has ever made me feel as special as they did by remembering my name. I just want to say thank you for providing me a home sweet home stay.

    I booked based on the 8.7 excellence rating on Expedia. Unfortunately, it was a good experience at best. PROS: Nice look when you walk in/ pleasant, helpful staff / Really comfy bed (which is really why we were there was to get a good night sleep)/ the running toilet was promptly fixed/decent breakfast CONS: the floors from the lobby to the halls to the room ALL were dirty and needed vaccuming. No way was I walking on the carpet in the bedroom/ trash in the elevator that was there the 3 days we were there/ the shower curtains did not stop the water from pouring out of the tub shower (needs updating badly)/ the cooler in the room smelled AWFUL! a mix between dank mold and chemicals/ there must,ve been a leak in the ceiling as it had been patched and painted a different color. Why not paint the entire ceiling for continuity?/ the pool area is wet water..../the night shift manager was standing right outside the doors having a smoke and talking on the phone. As we walked up she said, "Are y'all checking in?" We just laughed as it was such a bad look. It happened the following night as well! / lastly, the parking in front of the hotel is sparse. the parking behind the hotel is SCARY and unsafe: broken down cars, poorly lit, to the point I hoped our car would be there in the morning. If managment would put a little bit more effort into the upkeep and simple maintence of the hotel, it could easily be an 8.0. Was it worth $105/night? No but we had a good sleep. Would I stay again...NO

    Room was spotless and everything worked. I swam in the pool. Staff was friendly and had a positive attitude. The free breakfast was good and the area was clean. Cracker Barrel was conveniently next door. Parking was easy.
