  Das Hotel war insgesamt ganz gut, sauber und in einer guten Lage direkt am Ortseingang. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise ist es auf jeden Fall völlig in Ordnung. Vielleicht hatte die Rezeption an diesem Tag einfach einen schlechten Tag, aber leider waren die Mitarbeiter dort nicht besonders gut gelaunt und wirkten teilweise ziemlich unfreundlich.

  Holiday inn nella città di Page, tranquillo paesino piccolo trovato vicino all’antelope Canyon. Servizio Holiday inn, quindi ottimo, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, crema dove ottimo. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata, piscina all’aperto e jacuzzi con acqua calda. Stanza grande, divano letto da farsi come sempre. Parcheggio gratis. Vicino ristoranti, supermercati e bar. Consigliato Holiday inn!

  We have in our profile that we prefer first floor rooms. We always call the hotel before arrival asking if available??? can we please have a first room floor if available. When calling this hotel / property previous to arriving we were told by the young lady at the front desk since you are an IHG member the rooms are already assigned and I/ we cannot change that. We are not status individuals at all, but with all the money we have spent with IHG we enjoy the rewards of being diamond elite. We have never been told that in all these years with IHG what this young lady told us “because you are IHG your room has been assigned and I cannot change it”. Perhaps someone in management needs to give the young lady that we talked to some training in customer service. We said thank you. We called the IHG Diamond elite line to make them aware of the situation and they were able to work it out to where we got a first room floor. I believe the room was available all along. The young lady just did not want to change it. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very courteous outside of our first encounter with a call to the front desk.

  Bon hotel avec de belles chambres, un bon petit déjeuner diversifié, des boissons a disposition pendant la journée, une piscine, un parking... Je ne comprends pas pourquoi mettre les sorties des airco des chambres autour de la'piscine car cela ajoute plusieurs degrés autour de la piscine mais sinon rien à dire. Le personnel est aussi très serviable.

  I never review holiday inn but this is different. All the people here are friendly and cool. This location is close to Navajo Nation and possible interaction with the people is an amazing experience. Love it.
