I’d like to make a special shout out to Leilani. I was in charge of lodging some of my visiting clients and had visited a few hotels in the area with abysmal Customer Service. I walked into your facility and she greeted me with absolute friendliness and perfection. She was so helpful and so good for your business. I thought you should know we chose you because of her!

The management and staff at this Holiday Inn Express in Oro Valley, AZ are simply the best there is. They consistently go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you need for a pleasant experience at their hotel. My wife and I just spent 3 weeks visiting family and friends in the Tucson area, and our stay at this Holiday Inn throughout our visit was an integral part of that great trip. And this was an especially challenging thing for the staff to achieve as the hotel was in the process of having different parts of the facility renovated. And yet in spite of that logistical challenge, everyone there made sure we were well cared for and in the best part of the hotel to be clear of the workmen and their work. In many ways a hotel is a hotel; it's the management and staff that really make the difference, and this Holiday Inn team did an amazing job. The buffet breakfast was always well stocked and maintained throughout the morning, the dining area and pool are most inviting as you look straight up at the majestic Catalina Mountains and Pusch Ridge, which is literally in the "front yard" of the hotel. We can't wait until our next visit, once all the rooms and public areas are fully renovated and updated. It's an absolutely beautiful location, with great amenities and caring staff - a real winning combination. Highly recommended!
