  They're doing renovations, so Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm, there's noise. The room is nice albeit outdated in the bathroom. It seems like this was a best western that was bought.

  Would not stay here again. Was double charged. Was told they would reverse the charges. This never happened. Reached out 6 times and was told Adam Graskgo the GM would call me back each time. Didn’t happen. Escalated to IHG they state only the local hotel can reverse the double charged. Multiple people state they can see the double charge but no resolution in 2 weeks. Also they refused to give me a receipt.

  Good experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Yummy breakfast. One drawback was the noisy window air conditioner but I got used to it. The hotel 🏨 was close to the company I was visiting. Local food places were had amazing food like the Baggins Gourmet Sandwiched 🥪 totally walking distance. Had the grilled cheese and it was to die 🎲 for!

  Here for our grandson's graduation. Late check in went very smoothly. Everyone has been pleasant and professional. Fair price made through Trivago. Would definitely stay here again.

  The best part of this hotel was the stunning view outside of the mountains, and the hospitality of the employees. They are renovating shortly, so the issues I encountered may be addressed soon. Room was very dated with heavily stained carpets. But very spacious and had plenty of lamps which was nice. Desk area was large, chair was stained but comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure but one bulb in vanity was burned out. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and very nice pillows. None of the outlets were usable-plugs would fall right out. This made working at the hotel difficult, even in the lobby. AC was very noisy because the cover did not sit properly on the unit so it vibrated loudly which woke me up several times per night, really impacting the quality of sleep. The pool and jacuzzi area looked bleak and unwelcoming, more like something you’d see at a Motel 6. Breakfast was very good each day but the only oatmeal available was instant. They did gave the signature Holiday Inn Express warm cinnamon rolls along with other warm breakfast options like eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, toast, and bagels, cereal etc. Location is convenient for Oro Valley, not so much for the general Tucson area, but gas station and restaurants within walking distance and grocery store and more dining options a short drive away.
