  Pésima atención del personal... Pague mi reservación por Expedia... Y me cobraron 200dlls de depósito y aparte volvieron a cargar la noche de hospedaje a mi tarjeta han pasado 12 días y no me han reembolsado el depósito!

  When u rent a room take a picture of the the room. Before u move in. They charged me 109$ for comforters they say I stole. I bring my own blanket. I dont use there blankets. I sleep on top of the bed. I stayed there for a month. They make u fill out a paper that asks if u want full room service or trah and towels only. I marked yes. Trash and towels. They didnt start doing it till the last week I was there. I didn't complain but since they stole 109$ from me. Now I will complain.

  This hotel was a great stay. Clean room, towel, and bathroom. I would surely stay here again 😉

  We booked a room for Thursday night to be close to an appt for our son due to us living 3 hrs away. We just found out this week our son has a life threatening blood disorder, and we're to follow up with the doctor Friday (today). But Wednesday he started to bleed out, took him to our ed and he was transported to tuscon to be admitted to have a transfusion. I contacted the hotel in more than enough time to see if i could get some compassion and cancel free. We didnt expect any of this and really could use the money for our son's hospital care. Someone called me and said no they are taking the money for the stay any ways. Because I booked the room after 3pm Wednesday (which is when I received the call to make the appt with the hemoatologist) and due to an hour later at 4pm is their cut off for free cancel? We didnt know we would have to cancel till about 12am Thursday morning when my son was admitted in another town. The doctor who over seen my son in our ED even called before we left our town to see if they would do it and they wouldn't. What harm did we do by canceling due to unforseen situation it isn't like they couldn't turn around and get someone eles in that room right after. And it isn't like I made special requests for it to be a particular way. The room would have been reserved for thursday only for about 9 hrs at that point and check in isn't until after 3 or 4 the day we have the reservation for. And when I put in the cancelation it said canceled but it wasn't canceled I got a pop up even asking how my stay was in which we didnt stay there.

  Soon as we checked in the ac unit sounded like an earthquake and rattling noise all night. AZ temps were 112 over the weekend. Asked for another room said they were full. Ended up trying to sleep with a rattling ac and got no rest. Checked out the next day and moved to another hotel. The rooms were not clean with beer bottle caps & stale fries under the bed. Not worth saving few $. Stay away from unsurestay.
