  Excellent location, clean and easy room access. Genuinely friendly staff that knew how to take care of their guests. The General Manager Jazmin Faustino, despite her young age was an impeccable pro!

  The stay was very nice, room was clean and very comfortable and everything worked (once we figured out the light switch needed to be on for the TV to work). The only downside either of us had was that the shower head was like, shoulder level for my partner (but thats on him for being tall, 'cause it was a good height for me). There was a deposit, but it was returned without issue the day after checkout. Would recommend.

  This place robbed us for our deposit which we found out last minute that there was a deposit anyways then they said we couldn’t get it back because the said we broke the wall outlet cover and it was behind a heavy ass tv dresser combo thing!!!!!

  So this place was just a last minute thing but first off thing was that the deposit MUST BE IN CASH, then we went to check out and they kept our deposit claiming we broke a wall outlet face plate and move the heavy tv furniture to move cords and break things! We certainly didn’t and now we are taking them to court so don’t stay

  Had a great stay here Friday night while I was in Mesa. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, the room was well kept, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and easy to get around from. I travel quite a bit for work, so I definitely appreciate a hotel that makes the stay simple and stress-free. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the Mesa area. Highly recommend!
