We booked a few nights here from out of town. We showed up June 23d around 6:30 pm to check in for our reservation. Upon my arrival everything seemed fine, until I was asked by the gentleman if I booked a pet friendly room. I said yes, I paid for the pet friendly room with my reservation. The receptionist says, what kind of pet do you have? I say one cat. He says, "oh you cant say here." "Sorry i already charged you, the owner doesnt allow cats." And proceeds to tell me a sob story about how someone snuck in their cats and ruined the chances of any other cats being booked. So, from out of town, my account has been charged, i have no where to sleep, have to find a new hotel at 7 pm at night with the remaining money I had the hotel didnt take. I said when will I get my refund then? He said it will roll through overnight. Today, June 24th, the money continues to be absent from my account as the refund did not process. Now, my trip is ruined. My travel funds where cut in half by this establishment, who does not care and pays 0 mind to customer satisfaction. I will never book with this hotel ever again. Be careful.
I had No issues here. Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. It was pretty quiet, pool was clean even though I never got to use it. I intended to. Rooms were extremely clean. You are right across from the light rail so you do hear it arriving and leaving. But that isn’t an issue really.

Hotel is what you pay for, "low socio-economic area".
Parking was horrendous as they allowed several large RVs/Trailers/Campers to be parked in their lot taking up the majority of the spaces, I frequently had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from my room which is not the best option when you work nights and are trying to get to your room in this area quickly/safely. Also there was more than one vehicle that was not functioning and getting what appeared to be mechanic work in the parking lot as well.
Insides of rooms were not bad given everything going on the outside. Beds were clean, no bedbugs that I could see.
The real reason I am leaving this review is because of Jasmine the GM. She and her staff were incompetent, rude and are the reason I checked out a day early.
The AC in my home went out in the middle of summer leading my wife, my 14 year old dog and 2 month old baby to find a hotel. We settled on this one because the price was decent.
We originally booked for 3 days because we were told by the HVAC people that it should be repaired within that time frame. HVAC people ended up taking long than expected so we had to book for a couple of extra days. The reservation was booked online and was technically two separate reservations.
We asked the front desk how this needed to be handled, they said we would not need to switch rooms but we would have to "check-out" and then "check-in" the day our original reservation ended and new one began.
I work nights in an Emergency Room, I get home at 6am and fall asleep around 7 typically. Check out is 11am, Check in is at 3pm. My wife asked the front desk multiple times how we can handle this without interrupting my sleep. The front desk said there is nothing my wife can do because the reservation was under my name and they have to run my credit card at the time of check in, and would not allow me to check out past 11am. They already had my credit card on file for the first reservation as well as the $150 deposit.
The morning of the check-out check-in fiasco, I am awoken by loud neighbors/house keeping about 9 am and see a text from my wife telling me they did not allow her to pay for the room and I will need to do this at 11.
I call the front desk and talk to Jasmine and ask her if it is alright if I handle all of this when I wake up around 2pm. Jasmine says this is ok. I then eventually get back to sleep again around 10am and am woken up by a phone call from the front desk (not Jasmine) at 11 telling me I need to come to the front desk to perform the whole check-in / Check-out process. I tell her that I was told I could do this at 2 when I wake up. She says ok. I fall back asleep about 1130, I am then woken up at 1145 by house keeping telling me I need to check out so that they can clean the room. I tell house keeping the situation and that I do not need turn down service and I point out the "do not disturb sign" hanging on the door. I finally get back to sleep again about 12. I get 2 hours of sleep and am awoken again by house cleaning telling me I need to go to the front desk right now. I go to the front desk and complain about everything that has happened thus far. Jasmine goes on to tell me that I have to pay for my room at check-in-out time and she does not care if I work nights. I told her my wife attempted to handle this multiple times and Jasmine continues to say that I have to be the one to pay for the room at the time of check in. I point out that she already has a card on file as well as a $150 deposit. Jasmine then threatens to keep my deposit for not checking out/in on time despite the fact that I was told I am not switching rooms. I then cancel the last remaining day on the reservation. I am not new to staying at hotels, but I am new to being treated like this. Jasmine made no attempts to handle the rectify the situation in a reasonable manner when it could have simply been done in advance, she did not communicate to her staff which led me to getting barely any sleep, she threatened to steal my deposit with no legitimate cause.
The staff are outstanding. Very accommodating and friendly. My wife and I checked out before the breakfast service was available and the gentleman assisting us actually prepared the breakfast service and hour earlier just to accommodate us. I have traveled a lot and have never experienced this kind of kindness before.

Great motel, I had a question about something and the clerk walked down to my room to assist me . You didn't see that , it's usually a call back or something, but he actually came down and helped me . The room had a refrigerator and microwave ( which by the way ) were clean!!. And in the room I was in also had a sitting area with a couch. Nice place and going through the app to reserve it , two nights were only $ 110 b4 taxes..I would stay there again in a millisecond.!.
