  I came to Phoenix to be with my 89 year old mom who checked into Banner Desert Hospital with some serious issues. Long story short, I made a very late 10 pm reservation and they were very accommodating. I had a nice nights rest before going back to the hospital in the morning. The staff were friendly both at night and in the morning for breakfast. The room was immaculate and very quiet. Shower pressure was good and the soft serve soap and shampoo fragrant but not overly. Also, the price seemed very reasonable compared to my other options.

  Room was a little musty and a smidge humid, but other than that, it’s a decent stay. Lots of security cameras made me feel safe.

  This lady use to work there Lisa and she was great! Since then nothing but frumpy, rude and just ignorant people work there who hate their jobs. The rooms are dirty and the management sucks

  First and foremost - front desk impeccable. Helpful, courteous, over worked. A backup person needs to be implemented. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet. Wife unable to take bath, faucet issues, problem documented at the front desk. Recommend - Valley Metro (light rail) $2 - 2 hrs directly in front of hotel. Service to Tempe, Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbour Riders get sketchy in the afternoon....fyi

  Rooms are decent comfortable beds has a pool and continental breakfast the you can make waffles, Coffee and juice. They are pet friendly , they do charge a fee for pets but it's not bad. I would definitely recommend if you're on a budget, and you need to do some place to stay, and you're on Mesa, Arizona. This would be it
