  Shout out to Roberta, we arrived for my Nephews wedding on 9-2-2026 and left on September 9/7/2026. Working in the hospitality business isn't easy, but Roberta knew how to be guest obsessed, she said hello to us every time she saw us, she asked if there was anything we needed And on our last day we asked for a late checkout because we were flying out of phx at 1140 pm and she let us checkout at 1pm. She could've easily said NO but that wasn't her style. I would absolutely book my visits to lake havasu and stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Roberta thank you for believing in providing top notch customer service.

  This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I've decided this will be my prefered hotel moving forward. Length of stay: 1 night Room 5 stars: 2 queen sized beds. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! Bathroom was stocked with towels, toilet paper, and the AC worked flawlessly. Wasn't loud, or humid, and kept the room nice and cool (67 degrees). I was there myself but there was plenty of room for 2 adults. Location 5 stars: Excellent! You can walk to a few bars and restaurants along the underside of London Bridge. in n out burger is across the street you need something quick. Service 5 stars: I mistakenly booked for the following week of my stay. Luckily, the gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and reassured me there wouldn't be an issue getting me a room. Not only did she get me a room, but the view I had overlooked the bridge. It was perfect. Also, the next morning a different gal working the front greeted me with a good morning and "egg-d" me on to get breakfast (lame banter attempt). Breakfast 5* stars: The variety of food available looked accommodating for all ages. Smelled fresh. I put the Astrsk because I ate a bowl of Rasinbrand and a greek yogurt. The waffle machine looked clean and the bacon looked great. Noise level 5 stars: I didnt hear a peep from anyone above me or in the room next to me. No noise from the parking lot or anywhere else. Final take: This hotel will treat you well. They take care of it, its in the best location in town and you can walk through the marina here. Took some photos of my walk but didnt catch one of the room. Next time!

  ITALIANO 🇮🇹 Abbiamo soggiornato all’Holiday Inn di Lake Havasu e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Hotel molto bello, eccellente sotto diversi aspetti, con camere moderne e nuove, tutto pulito e soprattutto molto accogliente. La posizione è ottima, con una bella vista sul London Bridge e molto comoda anche per chi vuole raggiungere il parcheggio e la navetta nautica che attraversa il lago in direzione del casinò ( in auto circa 1 ora e 20 minuti ) Il parcheggio dell’hotel è ampio e gratuito, cosa sicuramente molto comoda. Nel nostro caso la colazione era inclusa diciamo che potrebbero fare di meglio, anche se essendo italiani siamo abituati bene, comunque servizio piacevole. A poca distanza si trova anche Walmart, che per chi viene in America dall’Europa è quasi un’esperienza da provare almeno una volta! 🇺🇸😄 Nel complesso, un hotel che consigliamo assolutamente. Ottima struttura, camere bellissime, posizione strategica e un’atmosfera davvero accogliente! ENGLISH 🇬🇧 We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lake Havasu and were really satisfied with our experience. The hotel is beautiful and excellent in many ways, with modern, new rooms that were very clean and, above all, extremely welcoming and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the London Bridge. It’s also very convenient for those who want to reach the parking area and the boat shuttle that crosses the lake towards the casino. The hotel has a large, free parking area, which is definitely a great convenience. In our case, breakfast was included. We have to say it could have been better, although as Italians we are probably used to a higher standard when it comes to breakfast! Still, the service was pleasant. There is also a Walmart nearby, which for anyone visiting the USA from Europe is almost an experience you have to try at least once! 🇺🇸😄 Overall, we absolutely recommend this hotel. Great property, beautiful rooms, excellent location, and a really welcoming atmosphere.
