- JBJacob Berry5 days ago2.0I only stayed for one night. The next morning, I came out to discover the maintenance crew was sawing the concrete in the road next to where my brand new truck was parked overnight. It's now covered in concrete & asphalt dust. Had I known they were going to do that, I obviously would have moved it or parked somewhere else the night before. Disappointing.

London bridge pushes timeshares. if you are interested in time share then thats great but they WILL NOT LET YOU OUT . I purchased a time share in 2010 when I was in my early 20's scammed into it by free nights and day care for the day for the kids. now 2026 london bridge will nit communicate with me regarding my time share exit. I habe not used my time share in 15 years it is paid off . this company could care less about customer service. they wont return phone calls as well as they put you through to voicemail and say their committee who allows timeshare exit is only on property every few months. I have waited nearly 4 months and still have heard nothing. I will never stay at London bridge resort again or recommend them to anyone. Do not buy a timeshare from them as they will treat you like a number. horrible customer service to a loyal guest

There’s dents in refrigerator, rips in carpet, worn out furniture, scratches on cupboards, and wasn’t cleaned well!! We pay so much for our timeshare fees here, but where is the money spent? Yes, there are beautiful new docks! I was so embarrassed to bring friends here that had never been here before!
